Waste of money. No problem with the delivery but the restaurant’s quality control was a complete disappointment. I ordered 20 wings and ranch. Only six wings were correct, 10 were unseasoned or had hardly any rub, 5 were the wrong flavor, and I didn’t get my ranch which I paid extra for. The photos show fried wings with no rub seasoning. The paper held some brown residue that had a faint taste of the honey rub that even when rubbed onto the wings it didn’t even manage to coat one wing.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered online, someone else took my food— was told “call the number to cancel your order”. Nobody will answer their phone.

Always over cooked. Many times I've even gotten a wing that was just hard all over inside and out. For the high price one wasted wing is a huge fraction of my meal wasted. Ive never had that issue at buffalo wild wings. Tbh your better of just buying a bag of frozen wings at the grocery store and pop em in the air fryer. Much better quality and far superior deal money wise. Its not even about wing stop being fast food for people who don't have time to cook because how sloppy it is to eat their wings you still need time to sit and wash up after so its not convenient.

Worst wingstop in Long Beach! Like my wings were so dry no seasoning no sauce nothing like dry. Chicken was dry. But not the veggies those things had water coming out of the bag n made everything fall out the bag. Sucks because it’s expensive for some sauceless, dry wings. I got lemon pepper, mango habanero no reason for them to be that dry. I would go to any other location but this one tbh.

Wow update: reading the reviews I felt so bad about leaving a review and then I found out they blatantly violate health codes.
Weird energy this afternoon, youngish girl at the counter around 3pm was super rude for no reason. Just talked to my friend and he said he had the EXACT same run in with her. Food is alright, place only has one maybe two tables, pretty over priced for just some wings imo, but honestly I don’t wanna go back just because I wouldn’t want her to be near anything I’d eat 😅

The only decent thing about this location is the taste, but I am growing so sick of their lack of professionalism. I have ordered both pickup and delivery from this location, and after having a negative experience with pickup, decided to order delivery. I left very specific instructions for the delivery, and your store DID NOT FOLLOW those very specific instructions.
What really irritates me is when I try to call your location, no one ever picks up. There are many other Wingstops that have far better service than your location, and you can bet I will NEVER make the misfortunate mistake of placing orders with your location ever again. I don't even blame the employees for this, but the management and owner, who clearly don't know how to train employees to answer a phone.
You're getting a two solely for the taste, but I promise you the whole experience otherwise is awful. Train your managers better and get a new owner.

Consistently bad, if you want an example I live across the street and will make the drive to go to the Wingstop outside the traffic circle.
If i could put 0 stars, that’s what my response would be. They have horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. I’ve called and they don’t answer the phone, you walk in they are just talking. They sent me the wrong order they uber eats. It their job to make sure the correct name and order is in bag. I will be contacting corporate. That manager gives free fries for a survey.
Horrible attitude from the lady in the cashier at 430pm. Chicken was overcooked and had the boild chicken after taste and mostly thin wings, not the consistency I recall from this location. Also they do not provide you with cup of water.
