This is probably the worst Wingstop to ever go to. They never answered the phone when you get there they have the worst attitude. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with no one to answer. It’s ridiculous. I wish I can give zero stars

Terrible wingstop. Rude workers, bad tasting chicken. This place gives wingstop a bad name. Then I see all the other horrible reviews on here with the same experience I had and it just sucks. Wingstop needs to fire the manager and most or all of the workers, close this place down, do some quality control and give it a refresh. Nobody answers the phone neither. And one guy was there for a scheduled interview and got shooed sway because the manager wasn't there. No way. That's just crazy. What kind of place has a manager that doesn't show up to interviews? Oh. Right. A place that's not being managed.

Worst Wingstop in Long Beach. I’ve ordered 3 times from this store. All 3 times food either taste refried, has stuff missing, or fries don’t have seasoning. If you’re looking for a good place. ORDER FROM THE ONE ON XIMENO BY THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE. Management at this store suck and should get fired as well as cooks. Can’t even cook wings or fries.

I love Wing Stop they are definitely one of my favorite spots to eat at. Mango habanero is my ultimate fav flavor. I guess my only complaint about this establishment is the wait. Most times I order I always do pick up and no matter what time of the day it is I’m always having to wait a little over my time. Other than that for the most part I don’t have any complaints.

I don't if they leave there chicken out for days on end refreeze their children or what. But it always taste substandard.
This possibly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’d recommend no one going here. I’d rather drive the extra two miles to the location in the traffic circle. Never again

i ordered delivery from here and had got the completely wrong order i kept calling calling no answer it was close to the closing time anyways but still, so the next day i went to try and get my refund for my $25 that i just spend here. i got there and the person i believe was the manager was very rude and continued to say that it was not their fault and it was the delivery persons fault i said how? when you are the one who hands them the order??? he said oh idk but it’s not our fault and offered to make me food i said no because i wanted my food yesterday not today lol like cmon, i then asked for a refund or at least a gift card for next time he refused at first and then was like how much was it $12? i said no i spend $25 with taxes and fees he refused to give me my full refund and only gave me $15 back , terrible customer service like everyone else is saying order at ur own risk this wingstop sucks
