This is.The second time I tried this wingstop and never again. The wings are way too hard and when they're It's hard they become dry. If they're dry there's no tast. Will not go to this wingstop again.

Customer service was horrible!!! You should never take a customers order frowning up at them the entire time.. and you should always great them with a hello.. I'm not sure if was the owner or manager.. whoever he was.. He was RUDE!!!I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

I will back up what every one here has said about the manager. This location asks delivery drivers to fill up drink orders for customers. This is against Uber Eats policy and more importantly a violation of various health codes in California. When I kindly mentioned this to the manager, he became irate, started yelling at me and even mentioned to call the police ??It might not seem like a major health code violation to some, but chances are if they don’t follow one, then they don’t follow others either. Order from here at your own risk.

Seen tonight Feb 28,2024They purposely over fill the Ice dispenser so they don’t have to fill it as much and leave the cover off for dirt, dust, and bugs to land in.

A cashier guy working in this location, with a gray beard and hair, with blue-green eyes, about 40 years old, most likely he is Mexican. Long story short, I was making a delivery to a client from this restaurant, while I was picking up the order, he accidentally dropped and spilled my drink, which I just bought at Starbucks, and he just threw it away, while I was filling the drink for the client, I came back to ask where is my drink, he began to be rude and shout that it was my fault and I shouldn’t leave my drinks on the table, pointed out that I was just a delivery person, not a customer and he didn’t owe me anything. He didn’t even apologize and said that he would report me to management lol, it’s good that I was able to take back my $5, which, I note, he took from the restaurant’s cash register.. it would be good if the manager sees my review, I picked up the order on 02/24/2024 at 1:40pm

I placed an order on Uber eats and I was delivered raw chicken! Totally disgusting!!!! Are they trying to kill me with Salmonella poisoning?!!! I use to love wingstop now it's going down hill! I wasted $30 dollars on some chicken that wasn't even edible. GROSS!!! Don't trust this location they are rude and do bad business. 0/10

This wing stop location did me dirty on a Friday night I ordered a 20 piece Bone In and 5 boneless and they gave me one ranch and all my wings were boneless, terrible experience.

Not only did they mess up on my chicken sandwich flavor but they also gave me a 6 pc when i paid for a 8 pc. I also ordered a 6pc boneless and they only gave me 5? Not ONLY THAT but my fries were cold and so was my chicken, DO BETTER.

I ordered from this wingstop last night, I will never order from here again. The fries were old, cold and unseasoned. It didn’t taste like wingstop and the wings were thrown together with sauce on them. They were also cold. They should be ashamed of their food. Totally unsatisfying. I need a do over at another wingstop location. #disappointed.

Ordered lemon pepper and Louisiana rub wings. Barely any seasoning on them.. very disappointing. The wings were basically plain.
