I was in the area viewing apartments, so I decided to locate a new pho place. This place is spacious, pretty quiet so I enjoyed that. I ordered the steak and brisket pho, I have to start by saying this was the BEST brisket I’ve had in a pho. It was not fatty at all, and super tender but not dry!If you follow me on here, you know the type of pho I like. This one was clean and packed a little flavor. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve had, but the brisket was unmatched. The noodles were fresh and intact too. — On the downside, I ordered the salt & pepper shrimp, but I didn’t like it. I ate one, and they still charged me for it. Not the best customer service I’d prefer, and they asked me about it. So I just thought they’d take care of me. Anyway, I’d go back for the pho if I’m in the area. Also, I want to try the fried rice based off the pics.

The greatest service paired with the best bowl of Pho you can find in Long Beach! They also have a variety of wok and stir fried noodles that we have yet to try but they also look delicious. Give it a try , you can't regret it!

Let's keep yelp real!!!My go to place for Pho in Long Beach. This is a hole in the wall located in a strip mall with decent parking. The customer service is good and quick. They Large pho is definitely filling and they are not cheap with the amount of noodles and meat. My go to is the Combination Pho; the broth is always on point, the brisket is tasty, the noodles are good, and they don't cheap out on the sides. It doesn't get a 5 star rating from me because sometimes the rare meat is off and the meatballs a bit too chewy.

Good place for Pho and stir-fried dishes in Long Beach. We haven't been back in a while, and I really wanted a warm bowl of Pho mid-morning, so stopped in for dine-in after an appointment. LIke other noodle shops, they open early (9am) and serve the entire menu. I've really come to appreciate being able to have noodle soup for breakfast, usually in a less crowded atmosphere. We were seated promptly, with glasses of water being brought. The menu has boba tea, smoothies, and slushies along with rice porridge, various stir-fry dishes, and of course, pho.- pork egg rolls ($6.49). Very good. Five spring roll pieces, with dipping sauce...served immediately after it came from a deep fryer. Loved it.- Stir fried broccoli with chicken ($10.99) - served with white rice, the brown sauce was exactly how we liked it, and would appeal to ones who like brown sauce (no corn starch) from a typical Chinese restaurant (i.e. no fish sauce added). It's a good value, and the ingredients were good.- Combination Pho ($12.49 for L): I like the pho here (had it many times). The broth is very clean, not oily, but also lacks a strong beef flavor. One should wait a bit to let the rice noodles soak in the broth (since it can be a bit hard in the beginning). The combo comes with a lot of different meats, but I could only identify rare steak, tendon (one large piece), tripe (very small pieces), and a lot of quartered meatballs (which I love)...no brisket or flank.. It came with a side of fresh, uncooked bean sprouts, one snip of Thai Basil, and sliced jalapeno. It did take a bit of time to get the pho bowl out, so most likely there is not a simmering pot of beef broth ready to go, like there would be in a high traffic pho restaurant.Like most Asian restaurants, the food came as it was finished cooking individually, so we ended up getting the broccoli chicken first, then waited a bit for the pho, then waited some more for the appetizer. The service was good, keeping our water filled and delivering our food hot. You pay upfront, and they have a digital system where you can go touchless. It's nice that to have a restaurant this close, where they serve good pho but also Chinese dishes for those in your party who don't care for the lemongrass/fish sauce/peanut flavor that is prevalent in Southeast Asian cooking.

Ordered food to go and it was delicious. I had the chicken pho and the egg rolls. The chicken pho was so flavorful and perfect to come back to life. The egg rolls were delish with their dipping sauce. Prices were affordable and service was fast.

I got the Cambodian Beef Stew Noodle Soup with Flat Noodles, and extra flat noodles, to go! The total came out to $17.63 after tax due to the noodle upgrade and extra noodle charges, but I got two meals out of it!I saved the broth and beef for a second bowl. Then added in eggs and the extra noodle I ordered. Delicious!

I have a new rule, where if I dine out somewhere and they don’t provide me with silverware whether it’s chopsticks or a spoon (literally what I need to eat the food) I just leave. What do you want me to do, eat this with my hands ?Ordered my food, didn’t get what I needed to eat it with, since they must assume I’m a caveman. I Paid, tipped 20% (even tho I shouldn’t have) and I left. Now I’m currently eating at New Pho instead. I’d recommend here if you’re looking for Pho.

Just delicious food in an inconspicuous location. It's a mom and pop shop. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food inside is *AMAZING*.We were in the area and wanted to grab some yummies with the kids nearby. With the mind blowing wind outside, we wanted to get some warm soup. Pho it is. First of all, the service is great. The young man taking care of us was friendly without being too overbearing. He checked in on us a couple times. He was timely getting us everything we asked for (which we did a lot cuz of our 2 small children). He was patient as well. It wasn't super busy, thankfully in our case cuz I get easily embarrassed by my somewhat loud kids. On to the food. We ordered egg rolls, a large combo pho, a large beef & meatballs pho for the kids to share and I got the Cambodian beef stew cuz I wanted to try something new. The egg rolls were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The portions were big. The large pho for the kids was more than enough and we filled the whole to-go container to take home. My beef stew was flavorful with plenty of meat. We were very satisfied with our meal. The kids ate quite a bit so u know it's good food. We will definitely return if we were ever in the area again.
