This is a common spot for me to come with my family or significant other. I tend to always have a good or spectacular experience. Tonight, was no exception. Despite the bad service I encountered with one of my servers, Jen ( Manager) was able to correct the bad experience and rectify the problem. She made a night that could have possibly gone downhill into a night that became memorable as my partner and I were celebrating a special occasion.
It was okay that waitress arguing me down about what I ordered but I was on the phone when I ordered and the person on the phone heard me order and they sided with me sometimes the waitresses needs to slow down
We had a wonderful dining experience at Yard House. Our server, Justin, was dazzling! He was professional, friendly and attentive. The server who covered while he was on break was also present and available with equally top tier service. The steak bowl was savory and hearty as well.
