Yogurtland Long Beach

I stop by and we try it grab something but it was empty ice cream machines

Once again on a Sunday afternoon they are out of almost ALL yogurt! So aggravating that the staff doesn’t stay on top of the machines. Literally 6 people just walked out because there was no yogurt to buy!

Really small yogurt land and not too many flavor options

Absolutely awful location!!!! Several common flavors of yogurt missing altogether and the two other ones I would have liked were out of order. The place is filthy, and the one employee working was entirely apathetic to the very legitimate issues I brought to his attention. I’ve been to plenty of yogurtland locations and they don’t resemble this dive in the least!! I’m aware that these are franchises, so all of this reflects the sloppiness, laziness, and lack of care by the franchisee!! I hope to see this location CLOSE!

The machines could have been cleaner. We arrived at 8p and they were pretty messy.

I always go with my kids just sad they did not have plain vanilla last time

It's frustrating that 90% of the time, two or three machines are always out of order.Should I look for another yogurtland nearby?The service is great. The young ladies do their best, but if you are only providing half the tools to succeed. Then you should rethink your business apology.

Visited April 2024. The yogurt was ok. The availability of the toppings was alright. There were a few that were already empty and had not been refilled yet (mango and strawberry fruit). The place was not dirty but not the cleanest either. I asked the lady at the cashier if I could have some water cups. She said that I could but they only had tap water. I said it was fine (yes, I drink water from the tap). Then the staff scrambled to look for water and found some almost empty pitchers underneath a cupboard. I asked for three cups but was given only two. She said they didn't have any more. I thanked her anyway and was grateful for the water. When I got back to the table I smelled the water and it smelled of disinfectant. I threw it out. I feel like tap water should at least be available to customers. I only saw one staff in the store. Poor girl. I think it is too much for one person to run everything. Overall, not very pleased with this visit.
