Yogurtland Long Beach

I went twice in a week because I was craving a flavor
One day it was out of service the other day they were out
I had to go to another location :(

I always go with my kids just sad they did not have plain vanilla last time

It's frustrating that 90% of the time, two or three machines are always out of order.Should I look for another yogurtland nearby?The service is great. The young ladies do their best, but if you are only providing half the tools to succeed. Then you should rethink your business apology.

Visited April 2024. The yogurt was ok. The availability of the toppings was alright. There were a few that were already empty and had not been refilled yet (mango and strawberry fruit). The place was not dirty but not the cleanest either. I asked the lady at the cashier if I could have some water cups. She said that I could but they only had tap water. I said it was fine (yes, I drink water from the tap). Then the staff scrambled to look for water and found some almost empty pitchers underneath a cupboard. I asked for three cups but was given only two. She said they didn't have any more. I thanked her anyway and was grateful for the water. When I got back to the table I smelled the water and it smelled of disinfectant. I threw it out. I feel like tap water should at least be available to customers. I only saw one staff in the store. Poor girl. I think it is too much for one person to run everything. Overall, not very pleased with this visit.

I ORDERED THROUGH DOORDASH A LARGE YOGURT CHOCOLATE I CALLED THE STORE TO MAKE SURE THEY PREPARE MY YOGURT PROPERLY LIKE I SAID I ORDERED A LARGE YOGURTLAND HAS A PROBLEM WITH FILLING MY CUP UP WITH THE YOGURT THEY FILL MY CUP WITH LESS THAN HALF OF YOGURT AND THEN SHE GIVES ME FOUR PIECES OF STRAWBERRIES I WAS VERY UPSET I ASKED HER TO FILL MY CUP UP BECAUSE I PAID OVER DOORDASH AND IT'S $9 SO FILL MY CUP UP BUT THEY KEEP GIVING ME LESS THAN HALF AND THAT'S NOT RIGHT WHEN I ORDERED A LARGE THEY GAVE ME LESS THAN HALF A CUP OF YOGURT IN A LARGE CUP IF I ORDER A LARGE FILL THE CUP UP SOON I'M GOING TO TAKE YOGURTLAND TO COURT BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT PEOPLE BUY A LARGE IT SHOULD BE A LARGE IT SHOULD BE FILLED UP ALL THE WAY NOT LESS THAN HALF

Love Yogurtland. I go here even when it's cold. ? I usually get the cheesecake flavor but last time I tried the Thai Tea and I wasn't disappointed.

For some reason this place doesn’t have sample cups, when I asked why, the cashier let out a chuckle and said they just didn’t have them. Little things like this leave a bad taste and not good for business. Water used to be complimentary and now they charge? No wonder the place was empty. Won’t be back.

I went into the store maybe 15 minutes before closing. I wanted to try the pumpkin pie flavor, so I asked for a sample cup, and the lady said there were none left. I understand that they (the two ladies/staff) were cleaning up and preparing to close, but as a paying customer who walked in during store hours, I should have been treated as such. I know there were some sample cups in the store. It would not have taken much to go to the back and get two sample cups.

Although something small, it's the little things that make the difference. That was my first time in the store, and it would be my last time.

“Out of order” restroom & “just ran out” of napkins. Good variety of Flavors & toppings. But the rest of the experience was a “not again”. With a toddler, it’s a one time stop.
