I am pretty devoted to yogurt ice cream so I’ve visited many locations but this one… ITS NOW THE BEST. The new manager is phenomenal AND she’s really turned the place around!!! she keeps the place super clean, all the staff provides very good service and the hours are a gift and a curse because they are open so late haha. I am beyond grateful because I work late and when I need to relax and have a treat this is the healthiest option. This place is truly special and I always feel welcomed. For the price and the quality- I highly recommend to skip any other ice cream places and come here? you will NOT regret it, especially if Janet is there.

The store was very dirty. The trash was over flowing with yogurt cups dripping with frozen yogurt on the trash and floor. The floor everywhere was sticky. Alot of the frozen yogurt flavors were out/ broken. There was frozen yogurt spilled all over thst area. The toppings area had empty toppings. Mixed toppings. Dirty spoons. And toppings spilled everywhere. It looked like the store has not been cleaned in days. I ended up leaving with no frozen yogurt because of the appearance of the store. I might have understood if it was after a school day and the kids from the high school came in and made a mess but I was in on Sunday afternoon. I ended up going to another location and talked to a customer outside. She said she's experienced the same thing at this location and stays away because the store is always dirty.

Have been going to this location for the past 2 years and in the last 6 months it gets worse each visit. Tonight there is a puddle of water near the machines. Someone can get hurt pretty badly if they fall. The worker see the water because he was enjoying his yogurt after we left. 4 yogurt flavors were out of order. The toppings were a mess. It was pretty disgusting in the place tonight. I know it's hard to find good help, but please get some workers that have a little respect for your customers and want to work.

Went to this Yougurtland and it was the worst experience I ever had, 1st they only had the extra large containers out, 2nd I couldn't even taste the ones I never tried, 3rd. The young lady behind the counter was so rude, I couldn't even put my own toppings, my problem with that was she was touching my container. Plus again she was rude.. will not come back to this establishment again.

What horrible service!!!! The snow was melting, they didn't have chocolate and the toppings were too scarce, they put almost nothing, if I pay for it because I couldn't do it anymore, they didn't have chocolate sprinkles or liquid chocolate. I will never come back here.
