This is the worst location ever just go to a different one, they only have one flavor of chocolate when most other locations have two flavors of chocolate the regular one and the Dutch one this location said they didn't have anything

I am pretty devoted to yogurt ice cream so I’ve visited many locations but this one… ITS NOW THE BEST. The new manager is phenomenal AND she’s really turned the place around!!! she keeps the place super clean, all the staff provides very good service and the hours are a gift and a curse because they are open so late haha. I am beyond grateful because I work late and when I need to relax and have a treat this is the healthiest option. This place is truly special and I always feel welcomed. For the price and the quality- I highly recommend to skip any other ice cream places and come here? you will NOT regret it, especially if Janet is there.

The store was very dirty. The trash was over flowing with yogurt cups dripping with frozen yogurt on the trash and floor. The floor everywhere was sticky. Alot of the frozen yogurt flavors were out/ broken. There was frozen yogurt spilled all over thst area. The toppings area had empty toppings. Mixed toppings. Dirty spoons. And toppings spilled everywhere. It looked like the store has not been cleaned in days. I ended up leaving with no frozen yogurt because of the appearance of the store. I might have understood if it was after a school day and the kids from the high school came in and made a mess but I was in on Sunday afternoon. I ended up going to another location and talked to a customer outside. She said she's experienced the same thing at this location and stays away because the store is always dirty.

Have been going to this location for the past 2 years and in the last 6 months it gets worse each visit. Tonight there is a puddle of water near the machines. Someone can get hurt pretty badly if they fall. The worker see the water because he was enjoying his yogurt after we left. 4 yogurt flavors were out of order. The toppings were a mess. It was pretty disgusting in the place tonight. I know it's hard to find good help, but please get some workers that have a little respect for your customers and want to work.
