My Yogurtland app NEVER works when I go. I try to use my reward points and it won’t work. Not sure if this is the norm but it seems like it happens more often then not. Other than that, kids love it. Don’t like the corporate policy of not being able to serve ourselves toppings. They can say it’s bc of covid but really...if we can pull down a handle for yogurt we can hold a spoon for toppings, especially if everybody is wearing gloves.
Somewhat organized with this COV-19 craziness. While getting my yogurt, others were able to come next to you and get theirs in lieu of waiting. Was not a fan of that‼️But they did have the topping all covered with only employee access to get for you so that was good.
