Fruit was rotten yuck
One of the places that you can find great yogurt. Go with family.
Product good customer service cool... Price very high... 21oz was 17 bucs (2 small cups not full) but that was all good.. the place stank like vomit ... the place smelled so bad ... Not a good look
My favorite spot!
Probably the best frozen yogurt franchise
Delicious as always! Janet is so nice and very friendly
Janet the cashier tonight was very rude. We had a coupon for 5oz free she confirmed we could use it. Then when she confirmed it was 5oz that we have purchased there machine was malfunctioning. Instead of letting us use the coupon she said we had to go somewhere else and she threw away the yogurt that we had. Very disappointed as she wasted the product and had an unhappy customer. She was also giving other people a hard time for no reason. I recommend you avoid this location.

Like most other Yogurtland stores, many standard delicious froyo flavors and a ton of options for toppings and syrups/sauces to drizzle on top.
My froyo favorites are plain tart, ube/purple yam, and toasted coconut. They pair well with berries as toppings, nuts, peanut butter and nutella drizzle.
The service is great, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall, the store is kept pretty clean. My only issue is it smells like the inside of an old refrigerator or poor drainage. I have been here a couple of times and this is noticeable every time, at times the first thing you notice walking into the store. I haven't ever enjoyed my froyo at the tables inside for this very reason, I take it to an outside table or take it to go. If the smell issue was fixed, this would easily make for a better atmosphere.
Still, even if the issue isn't fixed I know I'll be back for my froyo treat.

I come to this Yogurtland once or twice a week, usually after dinner. The location is very clean, the staff are friendly, and the yogurt tastes just as good as any other location!
Oddly, every time I come, the store smells kind of mildewy. The smell itself doesn't bother me, but the mystery of the smell has me perplexed! Why does it smell this way? How does no one else seem to notice? My nose barely works, so I'm certain other people must be noticing it even more. Is it the cave-like layout, devoid of windows and ventilation? How often are they cleaning that it stays damp enough to get mildewy? Maybe it's the bacteria from the yogurt? Regardless, it doesn't stop anyone from coming by - the store always has happy customers in it! I will continue coming as well, though I hope to somday solve the mystery of the mildew!

I’ve heard multiple people getting sick from this location, getting E. coli etc. I am not making this up.
It was earlier this month and I usually don't go out at night.

We've been going to this location for years, today we stopped in with a coupon for buy 1 get 1 as a treat for finishing the school year for my daughter and bought 2 larger sized cups. We were told at the register this coupon wasn't good for the larger cups so we paid full price but when I got home, it absolutely should have been accepted because the coupon says "weighted cups" which they both were. I feel ripped off as we were lied to. Be careful with this location as they apparently don't honor coupons.
6/17 edit - to the Business I did send an email per your request yesterday. Thank you.
6/18 edit II - I received a reply yesterday asking me to provide a Real Rewards account number to have a "reward" given. I had to create an account, did that, replied, and still nothing. This is a ridiculous amount of hoops for me to jump through to "maybe?" be reimbursed for either being a victim of false advertising, or just being lied to by a clerk. It's a shame because I really liked taking my family here :(
