I ordered the 2 large bowls for $12.50 coupon. There were 3 strands of beef over rice on one bowl, and 3 small strips of teriyaki chicken on the other bowl over rice.. Not sure if this is their policy at this specific place or all others, to provide such small portions for this coupon, but I will definitely not repeat...

I ordered a Combo XL and got the most anemic regular combo bowl I have ever seen. It had just 3 pieces of Tokyo Fired Chicken in it and a small thigh for the Teriyaki Chicken half. I got stuck with white rice when I paid extra for brown rice and noodles. My husband's bowl was supposed to have noodles and just had white rice too. I ordered extra Tokyo Fired Chicken and never got that. They didn't even give me the sauce for the Tokyo Fried Chicken. When I called they made all kinds of excuses about being out of things, yet they never bothered to call me about it. They put that burden on the Grub Hub driver and he didn't call either. They tried to say that the driver made a mistake, but the sticker on the bag showed my order and had my name on it, so this wasn't the driver's fault. Don't order from this location, you would be better off with Wilmington or Carson, even Paramount.

I thought I paid for the larger plate. When I opened my plate it looked like half portions. The taste of this food. I don't know what I ate. I just know I will not be back. I remember Yoshinoya tasting so much better. I will be sticking with my usual Fuji Grill or Teriyaki House.

I've been coming here for a few years now, when I crave the beef. Anyway, I've always liked Yoshinoya. It's cool they have boba now but it's really sweet and sometimes, the boba balls aren't that soft. The beef bowl and the chicken are really good! Those are my go-to. I usually got the beef and chicken combo bowl and substituted the rice for more veggies. The soup was good but haven't had that in a while. The wings were good too. The steak was a little dry... I'm not sure if it was from here but one time, I think I got a tummy ache so I didn't come back for a while. The last time I came was a couple weeks ago and I didn't get the sauces for the crispy chicken and the gyoza. I called them and they said we have to ask for the sauces from now on. Hmm...I used to get them with the order. So check your orders before you leave.

IM SO UPSET ! I ORDERED MY FOOD ON UBER EATS... tell me why my food is hella cold... on top of that it's super cold.. ITS WRONG ! ordered salmon and habanero chicken... which if they didn't have it ... they could've told my delivery man and i woulda just canceled... don't get me wrong if they were to have told me they don't got it... i wouldn't be mad.. whoever is working there clearly doesn't like their job and doesn't care about service... i'm sorry i never had a problem with any other location before... won't ever order here again via uber eats or person..

I stop at Yoshinoya often at various locations. We ordered extra large plates and the portions were small. not standardized like all other Yoshinoya's.. Very disappointing.

Chaos, disarray, and inefficiency. That's the best way to describe this place. I know the workers are doing their best (at least I hope) but they are either understaffed, undertrained or the business model at Yoshinoya is not designed well. Online orders usually say the food will be ready in 10 min. It's usually closer to 20 min. Food item usually missing or not available. I waited for clam chowder for 25 min once (just tell me its unavailable and I'll skip it instead). Or, if you order online, and give them 20 min, sometimes they don't start cooking your food until after you get there. Even then, they cook all the in person orders before they get to yours. I ordered online, got to the store in 15 min and literally waited another 15 min for the food. They didn't have a food item so they replaced it with someone random. Also put in an extra claim chowder for the wait time. I now have 2. 5 ginger packets. Wth is going on here. Food is okay so that saves it from being a 1 star review. It's faster to come in and order and wait. Don't bother Online ordering. It's crowded but it will be faster this way. Kicker: they forgot my drink.
