Place smells really smoky but okay - they toast a ton of stuff so that makes sense- The bagel sandwich is good but man, service is realllllyyyyy baaaaad! Two group after me had already received their orders and o was still there waiting. I followed up with the guy who was calling out prepped orders and he just looked at my number and went back in. A few minutes after I followed up with the guy who took my order and he said my order being prepared. I asked what happened since the people ahead of me had already left with their orders- and he said those were phone orders. No way! I was there the entire time and I heard them place their orders and saw him ring them up! No need to lie; what's needed is a better system in preparing orders- It should really be first come first serve- but no- they seem to pick and choose what they want to prep first in a very random manner.

If you've had an NYC bagel or anything close to it, do not come here. The bagels are grocery store quality, and you can make better versions of their sandwiches at home. I rarely waste food, but my bagels went in the trash after one bite each. I walked into 5th Ave Bagelry full of hope. Their case featured an impressive variety of bagels, and they have like 6 flavors of cream cheese. My order was ready in minutes, and I hurried home to enjoy my bagels. Unfortunately, they were both inedible. The egg on my everything bagel tasted microwaved, and the cheese had no flavor. The bagel itself was dense, bland, and gritty, with burnt spices on top. The Rainbow Bagel tasted stale, and was spread with an offensively thin layer of cream cheese. I give two stars because the man working was polite.

OMG I am obsessed with the Fifth Avenue. I get it several times a week and it never disappoints. I've ordered it for my coworkers and they agree it's the best lox bagel they've ever had. They're always friendly and concerned with giving a great quality bagel.

Breakfast bagels are absolutely my favorite. I order the ham, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel. Yummm. They also have delicious blended coffee and smoothies, if you're in the mood for a drink. I've also tried the lunch sandwiches on bagels as well and really have enjoyed it all.

Great bagel spot!The bagels are soft inside. Service was very friendly and they have a nicely-timed system where we didn't wait too long for our food. You can also get 1 egg instead of 2 eggs for the breakfast sandwiches.Store is tucked in a small shopping mall and the people there were a mix of local regulars and people who just want a good bagel.I'd just say don't go with the rainbow bagel. I feel like all the food coloring messed with the integrity of what a good bagel it could've been and was very tough and dense.But overall - I will definitely return because even their Water bagels (which you rarely see) were delicious. And I need to try their Sourdough bagel because they were out when I went.

After moving from LA, I've been pretty disappointed with the bagel scene as I haven't been able to find a place with decent bagels. That's why I'm so glad I found this place today! The service was great and the employee who helped me was super friendly. I got the blueberry, spinach Parmesan, and pesto provolone bagels to try at home. I've only tried the pesto provolone so far but wow it was better than I expected! I love that the dough was light and fluffy (not too dense like many other bagels I've had), and there were poppy seeds mixed into it which really enhanced the taste and texture. The bagel also had a nice chew to it. I can't wait to try the other ones, and I will definitely come back again soon to try more bagels!

First time here, got a veggie omelette bagel , blueberry bagel w/blueberry cream , apple juice & yogurt parfait. I can say I’m truly surprised how gods this spot was, both bagels tasted fresh not like other places that have a old or stale taste. Customer service was great , received my food fast & they open early. Definitely a place to come if your around.

First of all I'd like to say thank you . This place has Very Friendly Service, Kind staff, clean and nice store. Food is very good. I got the pizza bagel on the jalapeño cheese and a turkey number six on an everything bagel . I highly recommend this place for a quick bite, coffee and bagel. Definitely worth the stop. Wow!!!! Five Stars!!!!! This place was a first time for me today, and I will definitely be back weekly!!!! The bagels are so fresh and amazing, high quality nutritious ingredients and Flavor Bombs!!!! I ordered the Lox on the salt bagel and a honey ham sandwich on a jalapeño and cheddar bagel....I was in love! The fresh flavor and taste was amazing and made me instantly happy!!! This place is fantastic and I'm so happy I tried it.
