I’m generally comfortable with very spicy food, but this dish was extremely hot—far beyond what most people would expect. We had a great experience at Amaravati Restaurant, especially if you’re craving authentic South Indian food. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful, from the soft idlis with well-balanced chutneys to the crisp, perfectly filled dosas.
