Been coming here for years! But today (Sunday afternoon) we had brunch, and our waiter Johnny was amazing!! He made us feel super welcome, he offered suggestions for meals, and just did an awesome job at making us feel like we were the only ones here! Ask for his wonderful service when you come next time to enjoy your meal/time here! Definitely coming back to ask for him.

I had high hopes for the Sunday bbq special. Ribs, pulled pork, cream corn, bbq beans and tortilla soup.. The ribs were tender and tasty. Everything else was lack luster. Soup was good. Beans seemed under cooked, corn lacked taste. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. The desserts looked amazing in the display

Omg i use to buy cookies from here but the prices have gone up and the quality down. Cookies were 1.50 but all of sudden they are 2.50?! That's outrageous especially when they are stale/dry. Quality of all the food has gone down.

Very Very crowded. Nice people. I only went in to buy pies have not eaten there and never had their but I did try bakery cookies and muffins and cinnamon rolls yummy
When I visited, the restaurant had no less than 8 open tables (I counted the open tables) but was told there was a 15-minute wait. There were about 6 others who were waiting who were ahead of me. After 15 minutes, and all of the ones who were waiting and were still waiting, I approached the check-in desk and asked to be seated in one of the eight open tables. I asked why we were all waiting to be seated. The employee couldn't answer my question but grabbed a menu and silverware and promptly seated me. Weird!

We were a large group of women, and the service was excellent! Bonus, Mondays & Tuesdays after Happy Hour all day! So, my items were the taquitos ($5 for 2) served with an adequate amount of guacamole and a baja fish taco. Plus, we split an order of the Irish nachos.
The baja fish taco was my favorite. The chicken in the taquito wasn't the best, but that didn't keep me from downing it all.
Irish Nachos. I remember them being so good, and even addictive. No such luck tonight. Something was missing. Still edible, but not something either of us really wanted to finish.
The alcoholic drinks, niw, those are still stellar. At Happy Hour prices, they were obnoxiously good.
Definitely get something from their bakery. Delicious cupcakes & very good carrot cake. I heard people at the next table racing about the boysenberry cream cheese pie.
Even with new owners, they continue to be a neighborhood favorite!
