“Vibes are chill and the Holy Aioli burger was incredible! The onion rings were crispy, the sodas refillable (a rarity in these parts) and prices were reasonable. Glad we took a chance instead of trying the bougie restaurant across the street.“

“My husband and I stayed at the Long Beach Hyatt Regency hotel for a work convention this weekend. We were looking for nearby eats to enjoy eating by the pier and pleasantly found Tugboat Pete’s! I couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for a quick bite while walking around the area— kind service, affordable and high quality warm flavorful food! We got the Chicago style jumbo hot dog and frito pie and it definitely filled us. There’s tables facing the water so it was also very nice to just enjoy the seaside weather while we ate. Go support this small business now!!!“

There dogs are all beef,there relish is house.
I have to say there ordinary mustard relish dog is pretty damn good for the price pont.
And if you really want something extra try one of there bacon wrapped dogs.you won't be disappointed.“

“So nice & delicious! They seemed a bit short handed so please have patience with them. There was a mix up w my order (I might not have spoken loud enough while ordering) so they gave us an extra corndog for free💗 The staff was so kind, the place was clean & the wait wasn’t too bad at all! Definitely recommend (: there’s also a sign in the window that tells you how to order that was super helpful in being prepared & ordering efficiently.(in the first picture under the TV)

“A lot of options and very reasonably priced. Their combos are great for trying 2 dogs and their tteokbokki. You can easily share this with 2 people. Great date spot. The service is pretty quick and the staff is friendly and efficient. Was pleasantly surprised about their soft drink price.. they are not scalping at all. $1 soda cans when they could easily overcharge for them. Says a lot about the establishment. 10/10 would recommend“

“This place is great! I walk everyday, with my pet chicken, and this sweet lady that works there is always so nice, and when I ordered food, we got into a friendly conversation about my chicken! The chili cheese fries aren’t really my cup of tea, but my siblings really liked it, so it’s just my preference. This place will have you leaving with a smile on your face from the exceptional service from the staff, where you’ll then shut that smile by shoving the food in your mouth.“

I don't normally write a review but do rate at times and be that I was in this industry the majority of my life I try and rate fair with as it should be the expectation of customer service. So, I placed an order through Postmates which is always convenient and usually great experience. This time I was waiting for 1hour and a half but was trying to be patient figuring it was lunch time, probably extremely busy. I too had a child waiting for food so I thought I should call Shake shack to see if there was an issue or if it had been picked up already, now the employee when I called was very polite but as I ordered through third party there was not much she can do but hand it off to or through the manager. When she asked I was about to say no its ok, well I just didn't want to make a big deal just wanted to be able to rell my daughter what happened. Before i can say its ok the employee was already in transition to the manager, the manager got on the phone we had a brief recap she explained because the order was through a 3rd party her hands more or less are tired besides when we hang up, I call Postmates from my side and she call from her side see if we can get the situation handled and get some people fed. So we hung up both called and in a matter of minutes got it handled. Not only that when we spoke the manager let me know that the food would be remade and when it arrived the food was hot and fresh, delivered promptly, as well as a couple coupons for a burger and fries. Customer service is so key and wow Kimmie in Long Beach nailed it. Great job, Great attitude, Great experience. I ordered the next day as well and didn't use the coupons yet could of but still spent 60 glady. Thank you greatly. I will be coming in to use the coupons and thank you personally may possibly inquire about career opportunities as Shake Shack team is a Company I would be happy to be a part of showing true pride to this industry and the good tgat can be done through it. Andrew was patient and very kind and honestly we felt honored to be helped by him! His cheery attitude would have made us buy more! “Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you love Boba, they are served in a pull-tab top plastic container. Many boba flavors to choose from, and I had coffee flavor and it's very good. The mochinut donuts comes in many different flavor. I really enjoy the strawberry funnel and chocolate churro. Try them out to see for yourself.“

Vegetarian options: The hotdogs are vegan. They are overpriced. In a pinch though they work. The one on imperial and Harbor charges almost $5 for one hotdog with no sides.“
