IYKYK! Best in Town. From the pastry cases filled with more than your eyes can see to the classics for lunch like The Special. Time and time again I will choose Katella Deli. It's just feels like home. Definitely a return visit. If you're in town and want a delicious peach pie stop by the Katella Deli you won't be disappointed! Off to the next one.

I like Katella- it’s pricey and as such the service needs to be that much better and on pointe. I was very disappointed to see a man handling tables by the window next to the cafe area this morning getting upset with his coworkers over the way they made a latte. Aggressive domineering and belittling - he walked away and went back to the table he served and brought them into the drama. This was about 11/11:30 this morning and I hope someone pulls this staffer aside to reminds him to treat his coworkers well and to maintain decorum and dignity.updated 8/29/2025 - we’ve continued coming but unfortunately today is our last day. We’ve sat at the counter the last three times and are seeing a very inefficient service. Food isn’t prepared according to items in a ticket and their time, rather it’s assigned to different teams. Your fries and coleslaw are going to sit for 10-15 mins when ordering a sandwich with a breakfast dish as an example. Really terribly run.

This place gets very crowded and loud at lunch, but the food is very good. The server checked in once only moments after the food was delivered, then she didn't come back until she delivered the check. We had to get up and ask someone else for extra napkins, a drink refill, and the dessert menu. I never did get a refill of my iced tea.

I’m leaving this review solely on their take out service. They have certain things that you have to call to order (not available for online order) and I’ve currently been on hold 20 minutes- on a Tuesday-at 4:30pm. What could be that draining on a restaurant mid afternoon on a Tuesday. Either have everything available for online order or staff enough people to handle the call volume.

I just picked this up like 20 minutes ago and I guess I should have checked this before leaving the bakery. The employee cut it way lopsided.

Katella Deli has just about anything your heart desires! From fresh breads to savory sweets! My grandmother took me here for the first time, and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be going back soon. I recommend the maple pecan scone, mini blueberry pie, and cinnamon rolls!

Parking: Parking is a hassle, but worth it!

If I could give this place minus stars I would I have to say that the people here are extremely rude. You buy something and it is like they are doing a favor to you. I bought a cup of coffee and it took 10 min to the lady to go an get it. When I asked for the coffee she said she was busy. I asked to talk to the manager and he didn't even let me finish my sentence. I won't go back to this place, they are better places where they respect you and they are so overpriced.
