Los Alamitos Donuts

Five stars for Los Alamitos Donuts! This is by far my all-time favorite donut shop in the area. I’ve made it a habit to come here, and we’ve even built a holiday donut tradition—they nail fun themes and sprinkles every season.

The staff are friendly and incredibly quick, and the selection is fantastic—from bear claws and donut holes to old fashions and my absolute favorite, the devil’s food frosted donut. The coffee is solid, and there are good drink options to pair with your sweets.

Not a lot of indoor seating, but that just adds to the classic neighborhood donut shop vibe that reminds me of my grandpa who loved reading the paper while enjoying his favorite donut 🍩.

If you’re in the area, definitely give them a visit. They take both cash and card, which is convenient. This is my chosen local donut shop

Owners are spectacular they greet you all the customers round know them and talk to them. I’ve been going for years and years and they are still the same and they always are pleasant and all my coworkers at work. Say those are the best I’ve ever had.

Loved their donuts and coffee. Tried bear claw donut, tasted like they were freshly baked. Coffee was good too. Service was quick. Would like to visit again.

Good apple fritter; tender texture on the inside and flavorful. Really nice people. Excellent prices.

The plain old fashion was a little too dry on the inside for me and lacked some of the crispiness on the outside that i was hoping for, but the flavor was still good.

Most fresh and best donuts I've ever had and continue to have. They open at 3am but don't have a full donut menu prepared till about 330am- 345am

I’ve been coming here ever since I lived in los al and I bike here all the time. The employees are amazing and the food and drinks are great. I’ll always love this place and people who say this dshop has bad service are much too sensitive. They also have amazing prices which makes me always happy to tip.

Nice owners, service with a smile. They open early,and serve hot coffee and fresh doughnuts. Great prices....I'll definitely stop here again.

This is obviously a family owned shop. The employees are so kind and friendly. You feel welcomed walking in. You can tell the time and love that they put into the food they make and serve. I have eaten here all four mornings I have been in So Cal. I will be back the next time I come to the West Coast! Thank you for being my breakfast spot and for being so wonderful, friendly, and caring!
