I've been to a lot of fancy steakhouses, and I can tell the difference between good quality meat, good flavoring, and good execution! Madera's rib eye prime steak was just that. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly! One of the best steaks I have ever had! Also tried their sausage with hatched chilies and it was just wonderful. We literally licked the plate clean! Yesterday, I got a carne asada wet burrito for lunch. OMG!!! Literally the BEST wet burrito I have ever had, EVER!!! The meat was so thick and tender and they do not skimp out on the meat. It's loaded with meat and a pretty big portion as well. I highly recommend any one who wants delicious food and a great environment for live music, to come to Maderas steakhouse! You won't be disappointed!

Consistently delicious! This is our go to for date night and when we have out of town visitors. It has a nice atmosphere. The wait staff is very nice.i always order the ribeye and it never disappoints. On weekends there is usually live music, which has been good. You'll have to have the cheesecake! (Chef's kiss!!!) Parking is difficult but not impossible.

Came here on a Monday night. Semi-crowded but was seated promptly. I liked the live music in the dining room made it a nice and fun ambiance. Would have given 4 stars but the food was so salty. Hot bread and soft butter. French onion needed cheese to cover the top. My steak was super salty and the Mac n cheese very rich. Baked potato was good, wedge salad tasted like blue cheese and vinegarette. Took a little long to get our food. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Overall 3/5, visit.

Excellent food great service. Love the atmosphere. Had an excellent rib-eye, came with 2 sides. Drinks were very good and very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Have been there 3 times. Found the place when we took my wife's uncle to a Dr. appointment. He lives in Long Beach, and the doctor is in Los Alamitos on Katella.

I was totally excited about going here only to be completely let down. Maybe not go at 2pm . I got the chicken and ribs. Overcooked and dry. Really???? RIB PLACE with Overcooked meat. Very little meat on those ribs. I kept looking at the blinds next to me that had greasy fingerprints on them. Pretty mid. Oh, and don't get the spinach and artichoke dip. Too much cheese not enough artichoke and spinach. Its the following day and I'm still frustrated I spent 80$ on those dry ribs dinner, Ugh.

The tomahawk steak is a favorite for sharing, but can be a bit on the rare side, even for someone who likes it extremely rare. The sides are good, and the atmosphere is pleasant. The prices are a bit high, especially for the area; the service is always friendly.
