This Neapolitan pizza hit the spot!! I ordered the margherita especial. Every element of this pizza was delicious. I wish I could have ordered online or over the phone but it wasn’t an option when we called. None the less it was well worth the wait.
So I've been to Pietrini's twice now and both times was excellent. I got the New York style pizza both times with pepperoni. Meatball trio and the Rosemary Sea salt bread which comes with burrata cheese or oil and balsamic vinegar. I've tried both an personally enjoy it with the oil and balsamic vinegar more. The New York pizza is thin, slight crunch and the marinara sauce is more on the saltier side versus the earthy taste or sweet. Does not reheat well so if you're...
My boyfriend, who’s obsessed with pizza, took me here, and wow, it was so good!!! The pizza was super tasty, freshly made, and you could really tell they use quality ingredients. The staff were also friendly. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!
