I like this Starbucks because it’s convenient. It’s small and they’re pretty quick for the most part. I just have one issue. Maybe I’m not the only one, but I just wish everybody would participate in saying the name out loud, so we can hear when our coffee is ready. Most of the time they just put them on the table, and don’t say anything or barely whisper your name. And you have a table full of drinks, and a room full of people waiting. That’s all. Other than that. I love the spot. Keep up the good work.l

I order from this branch regularly but I don't understand what happened today. I ordered matcha latte without ice with extra matcha. Every time it's delicious but this time it's very strange because it's just milk foam. So I was suspicious and asked the staff and they changed it. The second time I watched it, it must be a new staff. Put my green tea in a blender with ice and pour it into a glass. It's the same as before, just foam. I asked the staff again how it's usually done. They explained it but when I asked why it's in a blender, they looked confused. I ordered a latte, not a freppe. Please read the order before making it. every time i order cold foam, they literally never put enough. i don’t think it’s fair considering the fact that i pay $1.45 for them to add the foam, and what i get is worth 25 cents. i’ve tried to call them three days in a row at different times throughout the day to let them know about an issue i had with my last drink, and still no response. i ordered the sugar cookie latte with foam, and i got barely any foam, and no sprinkles even though that it what i ordered.
