Food for Starbucks is always great, who hates Starbucks right?My experience at this specific store was TERRIBLE. Food is great but the service is unacceptable... On September 23rd at 11:49AM, I went in to get a coffee. It was pretty busy, so I was expecting a bit of a delay. However, I waited about 20 minutes for my drink (not even multiple, just ONE) but the drink didn't come out. I asked one of the worker that was making the coffee about my drink, telling my name. The worker told me that my order went missing. The worker told me that he will make me one now, but waited again again and again... Not only that the person that came before I did got a drink first than I did even though that one person came approximately 5 minute after I did. It was taking way too long and so I went for a refund. I told the lady that I wanted a refund and told her about the general situation. To be honest, if she just apologized for the inconvenience, I might've not written this review. I was telling her about the situation, and she just cut me off saying so "you just want a refund right?" Yes, I want a refund but the attitude that she gave me was horrible. 3 days have passed and I checked my Starbucks app, but I realized the refund haven't came in. I called them on September 26th about the situation and this guy told me to give them couple more days. I checked again on 30th and this lady said she doesn't know how to handle the situation and will let the manager know about the situation to give me a call back. Did I receive a call back? NOPE. I went in today on October 3rd to get a refund. The manager wasn't there but the lady that claimed to be the assistant manager at the time 12:55PM assisted me. It's funny how I didn't receive a single apology from any of the workers at Starbucks. Starbucks Corp., is this how you train employees? Your food and drink may be good but who would want to return to the exact same location if the customer service is terrible. How are you going to compensate my gas and time that I spent to stop by because of a mistake that the employee made? I HOPE you give them another training on how to treat customers right and I HOPE the workers read this as well.

This is the 3rd time I've gotten spoiled eggs in the packaged boiled egg and cheese to go snack. Also not sure what's going on lately, but the coffee has been tasting like chlorine / soap scent.

Laura took our order at the drive thru and when we drove up to pay she was charging us for something we didn’t order and told us that they were so busy she took the order and didn’t enter it in. It was not busy. Very disappointed.

FYI... if you leave a tip at the drive-through, you get a free sample. If you don't leave a tip, then they don't even acknowledge that they have free samples. You basically just get a bad attitude and over cooked coffee.

I've ordered from this location many times and they're always on point with my orders. Today they were so accommodating with my order, and took the time to make sure I was a very happy customer. There was an item low in stock and quickly resolved it.I almost wanted to call the store to tell them how great their service is. But the next best thing is to leave is an honest review. Starbucks works hard, so always treat the employees with kindness and respect. Thank you 5252 katella you really deserve recognition for your work!

Just went through the drive - thru today morning and Orlando helped us out. He was very patient with us and even recommended my drink with oat milk which made it 20x better. Lately, workers who enjoy their job are rare so I hope anyone that comes across him treats him like a human being (: Other times I have stopped by, they've also given amazing service so this place is by far my go to Starbucks!

Every time i come here my drink order is wrong even when it is printed correctly on the sticker, and when that doesn’t happen the baristas ALWAYS get my order wrong when I order in person even when we verbally agree on what the order is it is wrong on the sticker.

I've been visiting this location since they opened in 2019 and its my absolute favorite location. I have had nothing but great interactions with staff. Today was rough and needed Starbies. I was in the drive thru at about 2pm and Alex was helping me. He made my day. His kindness turned my day around and honestly, helped me stop crying. Thank you Alex.Everyone here is amazing. I will go out of my way to come to this location and today's visit is the main reason. The staff care about their guests. Thank you Alex.

I left here with them remaking my iced coffee 3 times and still left with a cup of milk & sugar. It was very upsetting that the barista didn't try the iced coffee. It was clearly watered down. Tried giving me back the same cup saying nothing is wrong. Ended up with a cold brew with milk and no sweetener. Very disappointing for 6$ coffee. I drove to one in garden grove and had to buy a new one since they wouldn't remake it for me there. Out $12 for crappy coffee.
