"Big Hot Pastrami" seemed on a skinny diet (reminds me of the 80's Burger King commercial: "Where's the beef?!")
i.e. a bit light on pastrami, about 30-40% deficient, with fibrous connective tissue that cannot be chewed. :P
(Ick. Photo shows half of it.)
Imagine cold, fatty pastrami transferred straight to the bread (cold night)--NO, sick!
Had to ask to have it warmed up (!) (The Subway down Seal Beach Blvd loads it up, warms it, good quality meat, no fibrous yuck.)
Jalapeno cheddar bread was light, fresh. (I usually get it wrapped, great for a hike.)
Young duo working end of the night, poker face, wouldn't hurt to smile or show some enthusiasm, yes?
No cups for water. Clean enough. (Did not use the restroom.) May come back for a bigger, hot, quality pastrami one, wrapped. (No longer hangry but, dang LAHS theater tech kids, working 3 hrs later than late!)

I won’t return. Your employee looked annoyed to see a customer come in. I ordered a 12 inch meatball and another sandwich. I watched as she loaded sauce on. Then i saw that she ran out of meatballs and loaded more sauce on to complete the sandwich. She was about to wrap it when i asked if that was too much sauce and not enough meatballs. She replied that she was only one short. I asked if there were more in back. She hesitated looking more annoyed. Then went in back and tossed was i assumed was a cold meatball onto my sandwich. I was just going to leave then but i paid and left. The bread was of course mushy and mangled when i got home. I scraped off about a cup of sauce, heated it because it was cold. As i eat this mess i regret not leaving when i thought about it.
Didn't keep up the timing
Bad customer service, dirty restrooms, I had a buy 1 ft long coupon and get 1 free they Didn't accept it valid but they accepted an expired coupon from a lady after me.So this locations is the worst of Subway.

The customer service is really bad, the guy at the register wasn't nice at all. The restroom here doesn't even deserve 1 star, super nasty.

The one person that was on staff was slammed. Multiple "party orders", shame on manager to be short staffing a day that is big for them. I am aware there is a major labor shortage, but companies are getting through it without sacrificing employees they have. Anyway, she did great. Was very apologetic, I assured her it wasn't a big deal. Another man did as well, who was there to get his party platter. Being nice to one another, or just not being a tool, can change things quickly into a positive environment. Be kind.

Mark was great! Unfortunately, I didn’t have cash to tip, but both employees were friendly and helpful! Clean location and fresh produce/ bread.
I had a great experience as a customer at this location. I work for Bridge Hospice and I had to order a platter for a meeting with a doctor. Everything turned out perfect and the owner, Mark, was very personable.
This is my go to Subway. Not the nearest for me, but I still go there because they make good sandwiches. Good, courteous service.
Very nice they gave me exactly what I asked for because sure was a bit snooty but overall good experience
Great service. I really like that this is one of the Subways that stays open a little later than others!
