I think they cook with friction. Super hot pizza ovens are the new deal but it took some time. There was an employee for each of my 3 pizzas. I'm finishing this after sleeping on it...pizza was ok...I guess the vibe was bad bc it's a Friday night at 7 and I was the only person in there except for 3 bored teenage pizza cookers. I'll try it again someday...just hit me wrong last night?
We really enjoyed the pizzas we ordered. We tried the Maui Wowie, the Chicken Shawarma, and the It's All Greek To Me (which is totally veggie)...all three of the pizzas were great! And the salad was amazing...you pick out what you want to have on it and we topped ours with Balsamic Vinaigrette ... everything was fresh ... Judi and Gene from Henderson, NV
Came here after visiting some friends from CSULB and this place is the best. Their crust is really good and I love custom pizza places. Most places that have build your own pizza have bad crust but this place has one of the best I've tasted. My friend got the All about Greek to me! And the pesto sauce on that was amazing.
