Food is really good but whoever is taking orders at the drive through sounded like she hated her job & needs retraining on customer service cus her tone/attitude sucked. Oh btw it was my first time trying out this place so how was I supposed to know if ordering from the menu doesn’t do combos? lol okay well at least the guy who took my transaction was kind though.

Drove home only to discover that EVERYTHING in my Burger was COLD!! The Bacon, the Patty and the cheese didn’t even Melt!!! It was a cold slice of Cheese! Called to speak to an asst. manager or manager. Was passed around by couple of employees when finally Someone picks and says hello. Doesn’t identify himself or says what his position is. I asked for his name, Carlos, and who are you? He says what do you mean? I said are you an asst manager or manager and he said manager. Told of my situation and he replied everything they make is fresh. Obviously not. He asked what could be done. I said that’s your job then I said about 5 burgers spread out over time since you don’t have a solution. He said I could bring it back and they would make me a new burger. Well if I had dined in I would have but going through the drive through I shouldn’t have to do that. Which leaves me to believe they give old food to drive through customers instead of fresh because they know you won’t come back.
But the French Fries were Hot and tasty.

Just ordered a pastrami sandwich. Took it home to eat. What a disappointment. It tasted and looked like it was cooked yesterday and nobody bought it until I did.

Family fav since opening in the 70s. I still pick up for lunches with Mom and sibs. Go Griffins! Our favs are the original Volcano Burger, garden burger, grilled chicken salad with Italian and the grilled cheese sandwich, all customizable. Congratulations for being around so long guys!

Love Volcano Burger! This place has been around forever and never disappoints. Their burgers are juicy, their chili cheese fries are fire, and their shakes are delicious. They have a drive through and covered seating outside. The parking lot is small and gets congested quickly but the food is worth it.
