Food is always amazing. The workers always make me feel welcome. My fav thing from the menu is the banzai fish bowl.

Good fish tacos. Kind of pricey for what you get though. Girl behind the counter seemed checked out and not paying attention. She messed up my order. Cool atmosphere, laid back and beachy vibes.

Always a great last minute dinner or lunch date!

Today I had the banzai bowl - choice of protein (I chose the mild wild fish) with sauteed veggies and rice (riced cauliflower) and beans(black). It was super healthy and balanced. I topped it with pico de gallo - oh so good! Paired this with dos XX.

Husband had the 2 taco plate. Wild fish, with riced cauliflower and black beans. Gin + tonic for 5 bucks. A deal!

Service was extra polite and friendly. We love and will keep this location in our biweekly rotation or more!

Cheers

Having grown-up in the area, and now coming back to visit each year, this place was new to me a few years ago, and I’ve driven by many times, but had never stopped. Today I stopped and I’m so glad I did.

An amazing, fresh menu, and it smelled so good walking in the door. I originally went to check out the fish tacos, but decided to save those for a day. I was more hungry. So this time around, I tried the chicken tortilla soup with fresh avocado, and also the homemade chips and guacamole.

First off, these chips are incredible. As good as any restaurant chips I’ve had, hot, thin, crispy, and I had to ask what it was but they use Mexican Tajin seasoning, which gives you a great bit of spice and a little bit of sour from the dehydrated lime. Really very good in their own right. However, add to it the homemade, chunky, fresh guacamole, an absolute 10 in such a simple side staple.

The chicken tortilla soup is very tasty, pretty amazing flavors, with very tender, flavorful, chicken chunks, and lots of crispy tortilla strips on top. Adding the fresh avocado to it, really made it a great bowl of soup.

Can’t wait to go back and try the fish tacos and what looks like amazing enchiladas on the menu. And prices were very reasonable.

For lunch, I indulged in two fish tacos. Finding ample parking was a relief, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The menu offered a good selection at fair prices. What stood out to me was their use of real plates and forks, which are more sustainable than disposable plastic. Though slightly pricier than Rubio's, I found the food to be of superior quality. Overall, it was a positive experience that I appreciated. ?

Always a great experience at Wahoos. Great food and great staff there.

Vegetarian options: Tofu as an option for protein in most entrees. Mushrooms and/or veggies can be used for protein as well.

Kid-friendliness: Great kid options that aren't just the standard hot dog, nuggets, and pizza of most places. My son has ordered their black beans and rice for 10 years!
