I haven't been here in quite a while, but this place is so amazing. The pizza oven is huge and ornately decorated. Kinda has a farmhouse feel to it. The ingredients are so fresh and the staff are all so kind and friendly. The pizzas are to die for. Pick any one of them; they are all just fantastic. My favorite is the sausage pizza. Highly recommend!

It’s annoying when places have such good dough & service. Josh was the kindest damn server we’ve had in awhile. It’s patronizing to my diet and honestly I can’t afford to eat like this every day but I’m about to get a third job to start a new diet. It’s called cab & zzaa. That was amazing, seriously. I love two hours away and we’ll be back. I do t even have a picture but damn Gina.

Nice place. Easy to enjoy with good flatbread choices, even for vegetarians.
We made the trip to Los Alamos just to eat at Full Of Life Flatbread...and we were not disappointed.
One of the best artisan pizzas I've ever had!
Everything was good...the salad, the wine, the woodfired pizza...even the music playlist!
Cudos to the kitchen staff.
Wait staff could have been more attentive, but friendly enough...
Two thumbs up.

Excellent food. Friendly staff.
Reasonable priced.
We went with a party of six, we asked for separate check we were couples. My wife is vegan we said no cheese. Ofcourse our food came with cheese. Party was eating and we were waiting wife made comment "oh no one more hour of waiting" The waitress answer rude it won't be an hour. She gave us no service never came back to check on us, I had Icetea never came back to refill it. Definitely last time we will be there. She doesn't deserve to be a server.

Who doesn't like wood fired flatbreads, pizza and marshmallows?
We ordered our meal for take-out and I added a 15% tip to the order (despite ordering take away). When we arrived, our children were tired and hot so we asked if we could eat our meal there. The bartender (male) was super kind and told us they generally don't allow that, however, since it was very slow (lots and lots of available seating) they would bring our order to us and we could stay. He then, kindly, notified the hostess and she sat us down. We asked if we could order some drinks and she said she would send someone. After several minutes, we asked the bus person and he said he would send someone over. It was quite warm outside and everyone was super thirsty. As we were eating, we were interrupted by the associate manager who began speaking to us in a VERY condescending tone about how we are not allowed to sit and eat and that we are taking servers away from customers (again, no line, LOTS of tables and I paid a tip so any staff that helped was covered). We interrupted him and told him to please check-in with his staff as were told it was totally fine (and we would have NEVER sat down if they told us it wasn't). Also, had he come by and just kindly said, "there was a miscommunication and the staff should not have let you sit, so unfortunately you cannot order drinks" that would have been fine too. But he spoke in such a rude way. He then left to "check-in with his staff" and said he spoke to the owner and for us to "enjoy our meal" and essentially see our way out. We have frequented this restaurant for more than a decade as we make the drive to the central coast every few months. We have recommended this place to everyone we know that makes the drive. This interaction was BEYOND disappointing and I will not be back.

It's another good restaurant in Los Alamos. A strange place for good food! A small town with 4 or 5 excellent restaurants including a Michelin starred restaurant. The flatbread pizza was very good, the salad was simple but good but the atmosphere is like a western bar. This will be another go to for me in Los Alamos when I want to spend a bit less.

Shared a large pizza (half mushroom and caramelized onion and half fire roasted salsa)- we couldn’t decide on one! Delicious! Shared “The Beast” (secret menu!) for dessert! To die for! Thank you Flatbread for an amazing dinner! ? ??

Full of Life Flatbread is a rare combination: extraordinarily casual atmosphere, with the highest in high end culinary standards, at relatively affordable prices. The prices are definitely higher than what you'd expect for a "pizza place", but this is no ordinary pizza place. And while the centerpiece of their menu may look like a "pizza", it's a different animal altogether. The main difference is the care with which they select their ingredients and the creativity around their combinations. For example: Bacon, Date, Walnut, Blue Cheese, Arugula (that's one pizza.)When it's a traditional pizza topping such as pepperoni, it's pepperoni that's been *sourced*, carefully selected as the best pepperoni they can find (or make in house). But it's not just the flatbreads. There are always a few specials on the menu that look like something from a Michelin starred farm to table restaurant from a big city. The selection of beers, wines and cocktails is also a feature. And the outdoor seating has a place for kids to run around.

Great laid back place. The flat breads are phenomenal. Definitely gourmet. Old West atmosphere hides what this place really is. Decent wines and beers, but the food!!!!

Passed through on a journey in from Montreal. Immediately impressed by the interior decoration - rustic yet warm. The Warm Spring Salad was unreal, truly inspiring. Menu has it with burrata, but was replaced with Stepladder goat cheese, and as one familiar with burrata, I think it was a great choice.Pizza was delicious as well - amazing dough - and vegan meat/cheese alternatives. Thanks guys!
