I first read about Pico in the Qantas in-flight magazine about 8 years ago. It piqued my interest because I have family in Los Alamos. The food looked great and to say that the wine list is extensive would be an understatement. Finally made it last night and it was fantastic. We stopped by Pico for lunch following a bike ride. Needless to say, we were very hungry, so enjoyed our food before taking many photos! All was spectacular! Haley, our server recommended tasty beverages to pair perfectly with our food. Haley is so intuitive and quick to grasp what a customer would enjoy eating and drinking. We ended up ordering several dishes over the course of our meal - avocado crudo, french fries, burrata salad, hamburger, pork chop entree, dessert and drinks....
We had a spectacular meal here. The cocktails are wonder. I enjoyed my old fashion which had a unique twist and would have ordered another if I hadn't been driving. The appetizers are incredibly innovative and wonderful . The crispy cauliflower the Burarata and the Avocado crudo with caviar were so great I thought I was at a Michelin restaurant.
