Best sandwich shop in the South Bay. The fresh baked french rolls are the secret. I’ve been going here for 50 years, never disappointed. They have great pasta,salads, and breakfast too!
Alotta's is a little out of the way sandwich shop that focuses on freshly prepped each day food and a friendly smile and conversation. The presence of this sandwich shop is strong enough that I was recommended this place while flying into San Jose airport. I drove the 25 mins into the quiet streets of Palo Alto to taste the hype. The hype is real. Along with great food there is a Santa Margherita to Porto Fino mural on the wall (attached for your viewing pleasure). I recommend...
