Ambience called back, so appreciative. However, we went to the wrong restaurant in the beginning so we had to drive for another 30 minutes to come back. By the waiter was very nice and he extended our reservation for us. They have a tasting menu for $165 per person,And the most impressive part I will say were the appetizers. The scallop dumpling was very impressive, and the tuna wrapped in the rice paper was delicious too. For entrées, the steak.... The first bite was very delicious, but in the middle it's a little bit mushy. The service was great, the Waiter was very friendly. One recommendation is to have the ingredients in the menu so it's easier to see. And also they charge you $11 for sparkling water and I think it's better to let the customer know at the beginning as well.

We booked Ambience for Valentine's day, 2 months in advance. 5 days before our actual reservation, I called and emailed to confirm they had vegetarian options. I was shocked to find out they did not have any vegetarian options and could not accommodate. Unfortunately V-day falls on Friday this year, so everything is already booked and we're left with poor choices to celebrate. I'm so disappointed that a restaurant in the Bay Area could treat simple vegetarians so horribly, even with 5 days advance notice.

My boyfriend and I came here for New Years Eve 2019 and had a lovely time. Our waiter was great and really enhanced the experience. In my opinion, he was better than the waiter next to us lol. He gave us background on where the food came from and had a great sense of humor. I wish I remembered his name :/ he's bald and white with with a mustache :) We passed on the wine pairing but had (2) glasses of wine that was recommended (one white and one red). The ambience was cozy and elegant. Thanks for a great time :)
