The service was abysmal. Yesterday I called to reserve a cake for pick up in a few hours (I knew I was not within the window to reserve on line). The lady repeatedly told me I have to order 24 hours in advance. I told her I knew that and was asking if she wouldn't mind reserving over the phone for pick up in a few hours. She finally obliged. I asked what cakes were left - she said an Oreo Cookies and Creme cake. Perfect. Pick up by 4p.I show up a few min before 4p and there is a sign saying the store is closed until 4:15p. I knock on the door and the woman inside opens the door and rudely says, "Can't you read the sign?!" I explained the situation and she (kindly?) rang me up for the cake.Later that day we sing happy birthday for my daughter's 8th birthday. We cut the cake. It's coffee ice cream. No 8 year olds like coffee ice cream. Huge birthday cake fail. I blame Baskin Robbins and the rude and incompetent person working there on Monday, May 27th. Avoid at all costs. Get ice cream sandwiches at Safeway. Anything except this place.

Terrible customer service. The woman working there is uninterested in selling and actually serving ice cream. Customers seem like a burden to her! I walked out and instead bought a cupcake up the road. Terrible attitude!

Horrible! We had a custom cake order for our child’s birthday ordered well in advance. It’s been TWO HOURS past their opening time and the store is still closed!! Nobody is answering the phone and there’s no way to get a refund. Had to run to another store to get a last minute cake for the birthday kid.GOOD WAY TO LOSE BUSINESS FOREVER!

It's not the first time I've come to this place I bought a pistachio shake and she gave it to me very watered down and I came the next day to buy another one and I asked her if she could make it thicker and she replied that they have a measure so I told her that She was the one who prepared it, so other times they prepared it well for me, she turned around and gave it, it was worse than watery

They kicked us out and refused to serve us because the next shift had not arrived. This was at 4pm even though it says open until 10pm. They were pretty rude about it.
Unethical business owner. This store is completely run down and filthy. The customer service is terrible. They are clearly paying for fake reviews online.
