But there is no Green baked egg in the app. After waited for at least 20mins no servers helping us place the order. Then we ask someone in the front desk to help place order and they told us the green baked egg is not available but it’s still on the menu and no marked not available. Then we scanned the app to order but then we cannot put the lavender matcha in the cart on their app. But the server never mentioned this is not available it’s on the app as well. Till 30mins later still no one ask us or serve with food. Very disappointed experience. This is one of our go to Sunday brunch place…

This place always has a cherry vibe at lunch. I always order their athlete's wrap with no pepper flakes and mayo and it's a healthy and tasty lunch. The salad is great too, and I'm not a salad fan.

The staff often struggle with orders. They get confused by their own menu and it's a bit slow. But the coffee is fantastic and the food is always delicious. The interior fit out is really really beautiful. Simple, bright, relaxed and a bit beachy.

I love the interior design, but found the menu a little bit cute by half. I ended up looking up what half the ingredients were. After 3 times I finally found a meal I absolutely loved. Granola & Avacado toast ( delicious). Over priced - but it’s Los Altos, so that is always expected.

What a wonderful place for breakfast or lunch ? We was very happy visited this place. Everything was delicious, but this place are very busy all time and staff very busy all time too. It’s ok, because everyone was friendly and nice. Very nice outdoor space and next time we will have breakfast there?
This place has really delicious food and drinks in general. But the service is awful, if you arrive 30 min before closing time they refuse to seat you so that they can leave early. Today it was even worse we were turned away 1 hour before closing!
Had a great Sunday Brunch experience with our FemTech brunch group. Ordering and service was easy and relaxed. I especially liked the "sides" of fresh berries and smashed avocado (which was just slightly oversalted to my taste). I'd definitely join the group here again, or simply stop by during a dog walk for a coffee on the patio. Thanks Bluestone Lane Los Altos!

Absolute scam. Ordered food on their app (! Specifcally went through merchant directly so they can keep their margin). Ordered $100 worth of food, my order arrived with 80% of the order missing. BEST part. Absolutely no way to get in touch with them. Phone line disconnected, nothing on their site, not in the form, not anywhere to get the problem resolved. STEER CLEAR!

Food is great, but they can’t operate with amount of people they have. Got the food, but not the coffee. It took them almost an hour and multiple reminders to bring a coffee.They told dishwasher got broken so they don’t have enough cups but at the same time they were bringing coffee to people who came after us
