Ordered two different matcha lattes on October 2nd around 3:00pm; this was the first time I've ever experienced Boba Guys serve half cooked boba ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ the insides of the boba were hard and the outside was strangely slimy. I could have just had the one off batch they ever make, because usually, this place is great. My drink tasted fantastic but I sadly had to transfer it to another container then threw out the inedible boba. I hope this store finds a way to ensure quality boba in each batch in future.

Boba Guys customer support has been horrible despite being a loyal customer. Have literally been emailing them for 3 months about the same simple question about their straws, and have yet to get an answer. They post a support email on their social media page and website, you can email it, but NEVER hear back with an answer. Last response I got was telling me to contact their app development company, which had nothing to do with my question. Boba guys really needs to work on basic communication with their customers.

Their leaf quality is next level. I love the tie guan yin oolong. The boba quality is solid. Staff are friendly. Their matcha latte leaves a lot to be desired. It has an artificially too sweet honey flavor. Can't taste the matcha. It is barely green. Boba bliss has better matcha (Izumi Matcha even better though).

Excellent boba drinks and great service. Royal was particularly cheerful and focused on what we wanted and made them for us promptly.We had the classic black boba with 25% sugar, it was delicious. We’d definitely like to come back again when we are in town.

I got the hojicha banana milk with boba and I think it’s the best boba I’ve ever had.

Why did you stop offering hot Boba milk tea? Every time I try to login and order it only it shows the iced options yet, in the morning you show hot options, then, in the evening, you show cold options, why is that? When I go to the store one day I asked for the hot option and then the person in front desk says they don’t offer it, then next day I go to the same store I asked for a hot option, and they provide a hot tea without question. What’s up with the sudden decision of not supporting hot tea?

UPDATE: My bill appears to have been corrected — if this is the case, thank you, Boba Guys. Stay tuned.—ordered 1 large drink (24 oz) & 1 small drink, but was charged for two large drinks. And I left a generous tip on top!Good drinks, but I shouldn’t have to worry about being charged too much. Frustrating!!Check your receipt in store.

First time going to the Boba Guys while visiting Los Altos for an appointment. Service was quick and friendly, I ordered their Ube Latte and their Ube Snickerdoodle - both of which I would highly suggest to those familiar and fans of the flavor, while my brother got the Korean Banana milk. I had a sip of his and the flavor was delicious as well. Very strong natural flavors on both drinks.
