I got the hojicha banana milk with boba and I think it’s the best boba I’ve ever had.

Why did you stop offering hot Boba milk tea? Every time I try to login and order it only it shows the iced options yet, in the morning you show hot options, then, in the evening, you show cold options, why is that? When I go to the store one day I asked for the hot option and then the person in front desk says they don’t offer it, then next day I go to the same store I asked for a hot option, and they provide a hot tea without question. What’s up with the sudden decision of not supporting hot tea?

They suddenly stop offering hot tea options for all their teas. I also noticed that when I tried to order online via DoorDash or any other food delivery app, sometimes they have hot options and sometimes they don't. It seems arbitrary and inconsistent, specially after previously offering a hot tea option specially now that it's winter time.

Not taking cash payment is inconvenient & unfavorable.

As much as I do enjoy their drinks they have been terrible at large orders (30-60+) for group events. I reached out multiple times trying to get them for corporate group events, but they don't respond or they have dropped my order a day prior to the event. The times I've gotten in contact with them was for catering orders for my larger team events (150+) and even then communication is not the best for customer service. Trying to be hopeful for future events but if it is not catered of 150+ drinks I would suggest ordering from another boba spot, since it is thought to reach them on 40-60 drinks.

UPDATE: My bill appears to have been corrected — if this is the case, thank you, Boba Guys. Stay tuned.—ordered 1 large drink (24 oz) & 1 small drink, but was charged for two large drinks. And I left a generous tip on top!Good drinks, but I shouldn’t have to worry about being charged too much. Frustrating!!Check your receipt in store.

Love love love Boba Guys! I really wish that a location would open up in San Diego but until then, I'll take any opportunity to stop by for my boba fix when visiting family in the Bay Area. A few things 1. Order online if you're in a rush. It's very efficient and easy to use. There is a pick up area where you'll find your drink with the receipt. 2. Easy to customize your order. I'm not a fan of overly sweet drinks so I love that I can request less sugar. 3. Street parking and a few parking lots in the area. We've gone during the weekend and random week days and haven't had much trouble finding parking. 4. Wonderful customer service. The staff are very helpful when it comes to suggestions based on your preferences. 5. Throughout the years I've tried a few drinks, whether seasonal or traditional. My personal favorite is a strawberry matcha latte with boba, the strawberry puree is delicious combined with everything else is delicious! My husband likes Korean banana milk (house made banana jam with oat milk) with or without boba. Honestly you can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Very good customer service. Matcha latte with 0% is the best!

Visited this Los Altos location after lunch this past weekend. Saw a sign outside for "Sapin Sapin: A classic filipino dessert recreated in drink form. Made from jackfruit, coconut milk, and ube sprinkled with toasted coconut." I knew I had to try it! Service was friendly and prompt. Boba shop space was pretty cozy but clean and welcoming. After a short wait, I had my Sapin Sapin with boba and it was refreshing! I thought the boba was perfect, the sweetness was just right and the ube, jackfruit and coconut flavors went together really well!

I've always loved boba guys! This one is consistent with all of their other locations. Located in DT Los Altos, the street is very cute. No chairs to sit inside the store though. Service was great when we went as well - cashier was very friendly and would verbalize what we ordered was his favorite drink!

I'm usually not a fan of Boba Guys, but decided to give it another try since the only other boba place in downtown Los Altos was T4. The ambience of this Boba Guys was nice and clean, and you can order at the counter or online.I didn't feel like drinking tea, so I wanted to try either their banana milk or ube latte. Both were made using non-dairy milk by default, and the barista turned me down when I asked if my drinks can be made with regular dairy milk instead. He was nice enough to let me sample the banana milk which contains oat milk, and told me that he can remake the drink if I was not satisfied. I felt slightly bad for inconveniencing him and ended up getting the ube latte which contains coconut milk. As I had expected, the flavor of the coconut milk dominated the flavor of the ube; it wasn't bad but was also not what I was craving for. Oh well, it was still a refreshing drink on a hot day, and the good service provided by this place earned it the 4/5.

Excellent service! Excellent drinks! Excellent stop at Los Altos!Boba guys, unlike many other pearl tea places doesn't drench their boba in sugar so when you say 0% sweetness, it's actually not sweet.Worker took the time to explain that Hojicha Latte comes with 2 pumps of syrup so we can opt for 1 pump to lighten the sweetness.Price is still relatively reasonable too.

Love this place! I've noticed is that the past two days I have come at opening time and they have not had boba cooked and ready for use. I came 15 minutes after opening today and they still did not have any boba ready. I don't mind waiting because it's so fantastic but I feel like if you open at 11:00 you should be ready at 11:00. Not a lot of options to choose from but the ones they have are great.
