I wanted tonuse my mobile app and the rep surprised me by saying they don't honor the app at this store. This is the first time I heard that. This happen to be a franchise. But customer experience should not change from store to store. I have been to many carls location and I have always been able to use my mobile app. It was pretty disappointing.

Honestly the service was very good the person was very nice but the food did not taste well the chicken was soo bad the original chicken sandwich.
Very friendly, very helpful cashier, most importantly, super clean place, it feels comfortable to eat inside the restaurant.
