They said they don’t have the option to earn and spend points via the app. Meaning if you earned points for free food - this location is not going to make it happen. I thought franchise standards are equal for all the chain.

Iselda in the kitchen greeted us upon arriving. Then prepared everything just the way we requested it. The cashier was friendly and informative when taking our order.
