The coffee is ok. The service is so so, the lady behind the reception is really tricky. When I was ready to order, and asked her "can I ..." She stopped me immediately and said, "hold on". But later on she skipped me to ask a man who was actually behind me what he wanted.... I'm really confused what was going on.

Ambiance is nice. I really like their chocolate mix for hot chocolate or mochas. The food is pretty good too and very customizable

A bright and vibrant spot on El Camino among Mountain View, Los Altos and Palo Alto. They have a decent selection of food, but their coffee is overly bitter. If you are a fan of the bitter taste, that's the coffee shop for you.

I like Coupa because it's clean, the omelettes and scrambled eggs are pretty good, the Wi-Fi is reliable, and there are power outlets.

Love the Tequeños and Arepas. We had been to other Coupa Cafe and this one is a little closer from where we live.

The food is good, but the coffee is very average and the staff aren’t too friendly, never smiling or conversational. As a whole experience it’s just ok.
Nice coffee shop.

Nice Venezuelan cafe inside a modern apartment complex. They are a chain cafe with the one originating in Palo Alto. They have one also on the Stanford Campus. I think there is also one in Redwood City. They are famous for their coffee and Venezuelan arepas. This is a type of corn bread that is toasted and they usually include black beans and queso fresco. Also meats. I wished they played more Venezuelan music and that there was some reference to the plight of Venezuela itself.
Parking: Parking is in the apartment complex building. The grounds are nice and facilities are very new.
Beautiful facilities, the taste of the coffee is sensational!!! The staff is very friendly, I highly recommend this place.

"I'm absolutely in love with this coffee shop! The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The Pumpkin Spice Coffee is a must-try - delicious!
Parking: It was little bit hard to find parking. I am not sure if you can park in the parking garage.

Came at 4:33pm, ordered my regular Tiger Spice. It was in To Go cup. Wanted to drink here before they close. Asked the Ramos or whatever ever his name that I could not catch (sorry) to give me a small cup to drink my Tiger spice here. And to my surprise he said We close at 5pm and cannot give any ‘for here cups’ after 4:30pm. What if I ordered my order on for here cup. Sadly, the service ant Coupa Cafe went down a lot compared to years ago. And, I had came with 2 others people to promote this business.
I really love this place and I come eat here somewhat regularly. The food is tasty, the employees are very nice!
I just wish the plates looked cleaner. This weird black... something(?) on the entire plate made me a bit nervous, but in the end, I ate the food and didn't get sick.
I think that it would be better to just order new plates for the location if the ones they have currently are too old to appear clean.
Nonetheless, I still recommend this place.
