Low quality coffee beans

I did not buy any food items, I will need to try it next time, but my marron latte was good. I prefer the redwood city or Palo Alto locations based on location and ease of parking.

This is a fantastic place to get breakfast or lunch especially if you want to meet up with someone. It's also a great cafe to work in. It's my go to spot for days I don't have to travel to the office. Has a light and airy vibe with some fun Latin music.

Consistently poor service. The two cashiers routinely address customers in a scolding tone. Today, after an extended delay on my order, my request for an update received no apology, just a curt explanation that the wait was “normal.” If you value a respectful, timely breakfast, choose somewhere else.

I enjoy drinking coffee and watch the traffic pass by. Also near to Google community bus stop. Very convenient to come here.

I was really looking forward to trying out Coupa's Vietnamese coffee, but was told by the staff that only the iced - and not the hot - version would be available. Even then, their iced Vietnamese coffee tasted awfully bland and disappointing. 😞 If you are like me, who have tasted genuine Vietnamese coffees in both Asia and here in the States at various Vietnamese cafes in East San Jose, Houston, and Virginia, you will not want to waste your money on Coupa's terrible interpretation of Vietnamese coffee. Skip it!

The coffee is ok. The service is so so, the lady behind the reception is really tricky. When I was ready to order, and asked her "can I ..." She stopped me immediately and said, "hold on". But later on she skipped me to ask a man who was actually behind me what he wanted.... I'm really confused what was going on.

Ambiance is nice. I really like their chocolate mix for hot chocolate or mochas. The food is pretty good too and very customizable

A bright and vibrant spot on El Camino among Mountain View, Los Altos and Palo Alto. They have a decent selection of food, but their coffee is overly bitter. If you are a fan of the bitter taste, that's the coffee shop for you.
