Dining at Hiroshi is both a delicious and artistic experience. Their craft and attention to detail shine through every aspect, from the pristine quality of their fish to the artistry of their tableware, like the Edo Kiriko glasses. Every piece of sushi tastes authentic, rich and perfectly balanced. I look forward to visiting this place again.
Very decent Omakase. Chefs are very friendly and very generous with the sushi. Could do better with the appetizers. Overall highly recommended right now since it’s still fairly easy to get a reservation here unlike many other omakase restaurants in the Bay Area.
Besides a bar that can sit 10 customers, they also have 3 tables for slightly larger groups.

Every dish tastes excellent and has its own personality. The chef is very creative. The texture of the nigiri’s sushi rice was done perfectly, not too soft or hard. When finished eating the nigiri, there was no leftover rice in the mouth and that’s the way it’s supposed to be. Lastly, the green tea panna cotta as the dessert with hot tea served is a perfect ending for this meal.
