I’d like to point out that the 2-3 months prior to this location taking itself off the online shopping option, I was ordering 3-5 times a week. Granted it probably averaged under $10 per order. In the 1-2 months since that change, I think I’ve been twice, total. I didn’t see the place ever being so busy that it would need to go offline to eliminate the online discounts. If you’re making it up in gross or less costs, makes sense, I’d be surprised if yes.

Foodborne Illness to report after eating at this location around 6 pm on January 27th 2025. Patient was transported from urgent care to the emergency room at Stanford Medical Center for treatment. Report has been sent to Santa Clara Environmental Health Department.

Friendly and good service. Far better than you'd expect at a fast food joint. Breakfast was much better than I'd anticipated as well. Definitely best Jack in the Box I've been to in years. Bathroom was spotless as a bonus.
Waited at the drive through for someone to show up. I was there early before they closed. Nobody said anything.I pull up to the window and five minutes before they close.They tell me they're closed.
