Foodborne Illness to report after eating at this location around 6 pm on January 27th 2025. Patient was transported from urgent care to the emergency room at Stanford Medical Center for treatment. Report has been sent to Santa Clara Environmental Health Department.

Friendly and good service. Far better than you'd expect at a fast food joint. Breakfast was much better than I'd anticipated as well. Definitely best Jack in the Box I've been to in years. Bathroom was spotless as a bonus.

Waited at the drive through for someone to show up. I was there early before they closed. Nobody said anything.I pull up to the window and five minutes before they close.They tell me they're closed.

Bought takeout we were in a rush so didn’t check bags:/ when we left didn’t give us straws in the bags or any of the sauces. The lady who took our order was too busy talking to her coworkers.
I just going to drive thrue and first who working in employee they no have a sence to treat customer ,, drive thrue means good service behavior to talk - first of all what is your order i siad can i get a number 11 sandwich just a sandwich than they again what is what is .. i told just a sandwich than what a drink ,, what strongwith and employees no speeaking English , mc donald same thing some maxican working first of they don’t speak properly English and when he gives to back chnge half chnge he dropped it down the floor such a very bad experience in my life i never going anywhere anyone any jack in the box
