Very friendly employees. Update: I went in for the first time and noticed the register area was heavily walled of and barricaded. Is this located in a very violent and dangerous area?Parking: It appears there is always tons of parking.

Coming home after HEART SURGERY at Stanford Cardiology was hungry, Carl's Jr wasn't to be found close by so this had to do.Good employees, AWFUL FOOD. Had the grilled chicken sandwich on "sourdough bread" meal with onion rings and Rootbeer = driest chicken EVER, stale bread, not enough vegetables in the sandwich, onion rings color was color of death (coal tar = old oil), Rootbeer tasted terribly watered down.Also ordered Double Jumbo Jack or something like that, 2 patties of burger. This burger was ok, patties fresh, cheese fresh, a little more vegetables in there and bread was fresh.AVOID.

Ordered online. Arrived and they didn't have my ordered. Had to wait 15 mins after showing them my order confirmation/order number to show I ordered/paid for my order. Total attitude from staff. Fries were luke warm.

Terrible Manager Attitude and Unexpected Additional ChargesI had an extremely disappointing experience at Jack in the Box located at this location.Arriving at the window, I was met by a so-called manager named Jacqueline or Yaquelin, who demonstrated an unacceptable attitude towards customers.I tried to give a recommendation as a customer by pointing out that lately they have been charging me an extra 55 cents for each packet of ranch sauce, something that I had not been told before I paid for my order. I suggest asking customers if they want to add extra ranch sauce before you charge them to avoid unpleasant surprises when you get the bill. However, instead of addressing my suggestion in a professional manner, the manager responded in an arrogant manner, saying that it wasn't bothersome to them, and she immediately closed the window.The manager's attitude towards customers is unacceptable and leaves a lot to be desired in terms of the way this establishment is run. As a manager, you are expected to treat customers with courtesy and respect, regardless of any disagreements.I do not deserve to be treated with contempt after having chosen to spend my money at your establishment.To resolve this situation, I decided to pull over and speak directly to the manager about my concern. However, when she realized that I was recording her with my phone to have evidence of her disrespectful attitude, she was ready to deny the facts and the way she responded to my suggestion. This is totally unacceptable and shows a lack of respect towards customers.I would like to emphasize that no customer should go through a situation of disrespect of this magnitude by any employee of the establishment. As a manager, you are expected to treat customers courteously, professionally, and respectfully, regardless of the circumstances.I would highly recommend Jack in the Box management to take steps to address the lack of professionalism of their staff. It is essential that they provide quality customer service and know how to handle suggestions respectfully. I hope they take the necessary steps to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience in the future.
