historic…
Fried chicken sandwich is bad. It’s oily and like they sprinkled the spices on top.
Fries were ok like. Tasted like frozen fries- definitely not fresh.
Expect much better and fresh food for the price they are charging.
I had an unfortunate experience with Konjoe Burger on two separate occasions. Both times, my order was not ready when I arrived for pickup, which was extremely frustrating. I requested a refund for both orders, but I have yet to receive any communication regarding this. Horrible customer service!
I’ve been living in the Bay Area for a year, and ever since I moved here, I’ve been on the hunt for a good Impossible meat smash burger and I finally found it! Highly recommend it!
no veggie burger boo
Always good food and service!
This was my first time at Konjoe, and I decided to try it due to online reviews. I got a Truffle Burger and Seasoned Fries. With a modest tip but no drink, the total was an astounding $31.
While there are more expensive burgers, none are nearly this expensive in a food court-type eatery (outside of Disneyland). Despite being a food court-type eatery and it not being busy, service was puzzlingly slow – it took more than 10 mins to get my order and I counted 3 service persons behind the counter.
The saving graces are that the burger with burnt patty fringes was delicious and the fries were above-average. I give Konjoe Burger 4 out of 5 stars as a straight average of food (5), service (3) and atmosphere (3).
Never seen any burger place sent out burgers without bun. Doesn’t matter what you select in order. They will give you just something whatever they feel like. I was in rush and didn’t check the food. Again never expected burger without bun.
Good food choices, even if on the noisy/crowded side
Great burgers -- I typically just go with the OG -- and the Hot Chicken Sandwich will keep you on your toes.

Based on the price and quality, it's okay for an occasional visit, but I wouldn't make it a regular thing. Most of the sandwiches cost around $17 alone and $20 - $22 with fries.
Our K-BBQ burger was pretty large, but very salty and wet, as if it were dipped in a soy sauce-based sauce. It was surprising how salty it was - it tasted as if it contained 200% of your daily recommended sodium intake.
Also got one of the fried chicken sandwiches (the less spicy one), which was pretty good.
