Good food choices, even if on the noisy/crowded side

Great burgers -- I typically just go with the OG -- and the Hot Chicken Sandwich will keep you on your toes.

Based on the price and quality, it's okay for an occasional visit, but I wouldn't make it a regular thing. Most of the sandwiches cost around $17 alone and $20 - $22 with fries.

Our K-BBQ burger was pretty large, but very salty and wet, as if it were dipped in a soy sauce-based sauce. It was surprising how salty it was - it tasted as if it contained 200% of your daily recommended sodium intake.

Also got one of the fried chicken sandwiches (the less spicy one), which was pretty good.

Ordered the limited quantity 'Konjoe Burger' and may have actually got the very last one for the day (just before 12-noon on a Saturday).

The Konjoe had a great burger taste and nice & spicy ... So, only get this choice if you like spice. Also got the upsell fries which were crispy / tasty.

Would definitely order this again / next time or maybe try another burger which is my way of saying, this was a good food experience. I'll take some pictures next time.

Atmosphere is a 4/5 since it's just a food court although interesting for people watching, etc.

Parking: Parking looked tough but we got lucky since someone was leaving just in front of us .. ;-) ... Go Early if you plan to eat lunch there on a work day and only have an hour.

We had the OG burger and the truffle burger, both of which were okay.

I ordered 2 burgers. The guy at the register told me it would take about 10 minutes to get them ready. As soon as my buzzer sounded I went to pick up the food. Upon sitting down to eat at the table, we noticed that both burgers were completely cold. I went and told the guy at the register and all he could say was “oh really”. No apology, no offer to remake, nothing… shameful!

Disappointed in our experience here. The food was good but we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. After 40 minutes I asked for a status update and it seemed like the staff couldn’t find my ticket and they asked me what I had ordered. Eventually they found the ticket and told me it would be “less than 10 minutes.” It took 55 minutes for me to get one order of fried chicken.

I understand it was a busy night, but I would have appreciated more transparency when I first placed my order.

The burger was good and fries well done. I found it to be good but not great. I am glad I tried it.

First time visiting State Street Market. It was Sunday afternoon about 1:30. Parking is not so great and you have to hope someone is pulling out as you approach. Inside State Street Market, it was pretty busy. I grabbed the first table I saw that was also being used by a family of 4 so we had to share. I let my 3 family members go order their food while I held the table for us. I decided to checkout Konjoe Burger. The cost of the burgers was the first thing I noticed. I thought that if I'm going to spend a lot, I will get a big tasty burger. I ordered the Texas Burger, but now that I'm looking at the menu online, I was given the Smokehouse Burger. I thought this burger was good. It was full of flavor which included candied jalapenos and maple bacon. I thought the burger patties were small or too thin. However, the sandwich itself was good with each bite. Next time I go I may try the Truffle Burger. The fries were also good but next time I'll get the plain fries. The seasoned fries weren't as good as I expected.

I’m not American so burgers are not my expertise but this is the best burger I had in my life. I have had close to 1000 burgers in my life probably so far
