The place itself is nice, but my experience was ruined by the lady bartender. She was very rude and unprofessional. As a guest and customer, I felt treated poorly, which was disappointing.
Drinks are very over priced. About $16 for a SINGLE shot of Jameson. A couple disrespectful bartenders. Only good thing about this place is that the bartenders won’t notice if you bring minors in, especially on karaoke nights when it’s busy!

Le Banc is an unexpected dive bar in the heart of downtown Los Altos, offering a fun and eclectic vibe. It is a new, clean, and nicer spot with all kinds of people having a good time. The atmosphere is very chill and pleasantly low key, with customers who are friendly and down to earth.
It is a great spot for drinks, with good drinks at good prices, and service that is generally friendly and quick from an awesome staff. The bar features pool, darts, and other games, plus a vending machine. There is plenty of open space for groups, and even people playing chess on the side. For entertainment, there is live music on the weekend and fun Thursday night karaoke.
While most experiences are positive, noting that the pool table costs two dollars a game, service can occasionally be slow. The general consensus, however, is that Le Banc is an interesting and fun addition to the area.
