Extremely overpriced, food and service are average.

Nice, quiet! The food was not as nice at it once was.

My daughter and I got the tea for two and loved that we could select the sandwich flavors. The food was delicious except the cream that came with the scone was a little disappointing. It tasted more like light cream cheese than cream. The cream at their Campbell location is amazing so I am comparing against that. My rose tea was excellent! So overall happy with the food. The service, however, was lacking. After we got the food, they never checked on us and we had to try multiple times to flag them down to get hot water to add to our our tea pot. Still, it was overall an enjoyable experience and we ended up taking home two boxes of leftovers since there was so much food.

My first time at a Tea Treasures. It is really a treasure in every aspect. The presentation is adorable and the service is in true English style. I thought I was only going to have tea and few other snacks, but the food was delicious, with so many choices that I left so full and very happy for the experience!

Lovely place. I felt very pampered with the settings, wonderful varieties of hot tea served in interesting cloth wraps, the delicious sandwiches, watermelon salad and sweet treats. The Knick Knacks in the store are beautifully displayed. Parking was difficult. In front of the store there are 2 hour parking spaces but they get filled easily.

first time getting high tea and loved the experience at lisa’s! everything from the interior design to the service and the food+tea itself was great. would come back again.butter truffle tea: best of the three we tried. loved the nutty and slightly sweet flavor.lychee tea: smelled but didn’t taste much like lycheejasmine dragon pearls: pretty tasty but just your classic jasminebest sandwiches: smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers, egg salad, goat cheese with sundried tomato, pesto walnut cream cheeseskip: brie apple with fig preserves

This was my first time at a Victorian tea house to do a tea tasting and have snacks. Firstly I will say the tea is PHENOMENAL. I enjoyed the lychee tea the most, followed by the butter truffle tea. Secondly, the best sweets were the cake and macaroons and the best sandwich was the egg salad one. Lastly, a lot of lower reviews say the price is too high for what you get. While the tasting here is not cheap, you’re paying for the experience and service/ambiance, not as much for the goods themselves. Know what you’re getting into before you choose to go.

You at least need to spend 55 dollars per person. And there’s mandatory 20% tips. Is around 80 dollars per person. The worst thing is there is a really really huge fly all the time. Disgusting. It’s a high tea place! I didn’t feel any special service and food. The cake is too sweet. We just sip it and stop eating. Sandwiches in the photo not bad, but I think is not match with the price. The tea is good.I bought extra things in the store. The front desk is very mean. The server didn’t let me the tea she package for me. I didn’t see what the tea looks like. Won’t visit again.

The interior of the store has a bright and soft atmosphere, filled with lovely paintings, teacups, accessories, and other antique-style accessories. All of the sandwiches were delicious and exquisite! Each person must order a set menu, so it will cost at least $60 including tax and tip, but it is recommended for celebrations or for fun. I think it would be popular on Mother's Day as well. The tables on the first floor are a little small, seating 2 or 4 people. If you have 4 or more people, it would be best to reserve a party table in the back or on the 2nd floor.

The place is cute and the items and good but the service was so slow. I had to keep asking for water. They were so stingy with the small dollup of jam and little milk. For over $50 a person, you would expect better instead of having to get up from the table to ask for water and milk. Place was not even busy when we went.

They have vegan option for Afternoon Tea (sandwiches, scone, dessert) and Cream Tea (scone). The Afternoon Tea was very good. It included a cucumber-mint sandwich, a croissant with hummus and veggies, a mini-samosa, a scone with butter and jam, some fruit, and raspberry cake. And of course a pot of tea; they have oat milk available. Everything was really yummy, and service was fast even though I didn't have a reservation. It is fairly expensive though, which is normal for Afternoon Tea, but the vegan options are quite a bit more expensive than non-vegan. Still, nice place, might come back if I feel like splurging.
