I have enjoyed multiple visits to various Lisa's Tea Treasures locations over the years and perhaps the experience has just changed. This was my first visit at this location. It wasn't a 3 star but I would also suggest it wasn't a 4 star either. All of the black teas at our table were so very weak (are they skimping on the tea leave allocation?!) and the tea selection was more limited than I would have expected. The food was good - was served by the plate and not in tower. The small amount of lemon curd provided was silly. Service was nice. Unfortunately there was a screaming kid while we were there, so that was a bit of a bummer for the ambiance. All in all, the actual tea experience here was just ok.

It was a very nice experience and the staff were really amazing. They had the loveliest tea sets and just the way they served the food was amazing. Loved everything about it. The only catch is that parking is very hard to find, so make sure to come early!

The place is cute and the items and good but the service was so slow. I had to keep asking for water. They were so stingy with the small dollup of jam and little milk. For over $50 a person, you would expect better instead of having to get up from the table to ask for water and milk. Place was not even busy when we went.

Enjoying a “cream” or “high” tea has been a treat for our family over the past three decades - an excuse to gather for a leisurely chat and some tasty bites. The tea and tearoom atmosphere were everything I have come to expect. And I loved spending time with family - so these were lovely distractions from the food items - many of which I recognized could have been purchased from a frozen food section. I don’t expect all of the tidbits to be prepared fresh, daily in shop’s kitchen, but on this Friday noon, it appeared that maybe only the finger sandwiches (and perhaps the 4” quiche) were. The sandwiches were tasty, by-the-way.But for $50 per person, I have come to expect more. Maybe our next family tea will be “taken” at home.

Went here with my friends to have a girls day. The food tasted surprisingly delicious, as I didn’t think too much of it especially for the sandwiches. My favorites were the chicken pesto and the smoked salmon sandwiches. The quiches were delicious and the desserts were also quite tasty! I liked how each course was bite sized, so you can get a taste of everything. The customer service was also amazing, and I would definitely come back!

I opted for the vegan menu at Lisa Tea Treasures, and while the ambiance was adorable with its well-decorated space, the experience was mixed. The sandwiches were disappointingly dry, and I felt the portion size didn't quite match the price. However, the Schone was a standout, and the tiny single samosa was delightful. Also, they have a good selection of Tea's.Service was a bit slow, but understandable on a busy weekend. Overall, it's a charming spot but pricey for what you get.

Pricey for tea and scones, but it is one of those slightly hoity toity things immigrants from the colonies who have worked hard and pulled themselves out into positions of being able to afford them find joy indulging in occasionally - me included. A meal here certainly has the little things that remind them of the old days - expensive looking bone china cups and plates, the flowery wallpapers and the fleeting musty smell of dated but cozy places. You wouldn't do it often, and the sandwiches are itty-bitty (yet tasty) but hey, if it makes you happy, go for it! Be prepared to shell out like $40 a pop, which is not too out of place for Los Altos.

Yesterday, I got to host a Baby Shower for my godson's Partner, and it was so lovely at Lisa's. We were 25 in total, and the room upstairs was ready to perfection when we arrived Sunday, 1:30. The owner, Tao, and our server, Twee (I'm sure I'm not spelling correctly), were so helpful and took great care of us. Beautiful atmosphere with yummy Tea. I highly recommend the Butter Truffle and Winter Solstice. Parking behind the Tea Room was easy. I'm grateful for a wonderful experience and will highly recommend it. Maggie & 25 Happy Ladies

It was a great girls afternoon, loved the cute colors on the tea cozies, they get very busy so plan ahead and make a reservation. We did the tea service for 2 and everything was delightful.

Lovely place for a high tea. Sandwiches are just wonderful. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Biscoff cookies and delicious lemon curd were complimentary. We didn't try the scones but opted for the petit fours. I would have loved some more diversity in taste; this was all very sweet. The staff is very helpful and kind.

I usually go to the Campbell location but I went to this one with a friend as it was closer to them. And I like this one more as they have more options than the Campbell location. The service was the same as at the Campbell location, they were helpful, and patient, and answered any questions I had about the tea sets. They checked on us and made sure to ask if we wanted our tea refilled, which was nice since I drank a lot of tea. The tea house, in general, is smaller but the same vibes were there. It has 2 stories and I think the upstairs was for bigger parties but we got to sit next to a veranda window, which was nice. It made me feel like I was in a cozy house. We got the High Tea for 2 for $~90, which is a bit pricey but the experience was worth it for me.The HighTea for 2 came with 2 teas, 2 different scones, 8 sandwich flavors ( can choose 4, 2 each), and fruit/dessertThe tea we chose was the Vanilla Floral and English Breakfast. The Vanilla Floral was fragrant and had a hint of rose, it wasn't too sweet so it paired well with the scones, fruit, and desserts. The sandwich flavors we got were Turkey Cranberry, Chicken-Apple-Pecan, and Egg Salad with spring onion. My friend is lactose intolerant so we got these flavors but they were yummy and pretty big. My favorite is the Turkey Cranberry, it has a sweet and salty flavor and it pairs well with the other sandwiches and tea. We also got 2 types of Quiches; mushroom and spinach, which was a bit salty, but the tea helped with that.It was very filling and I enjoyed it very much. Some flavors can be pretty sweet but I enjoy sweet things so it worked for me if you don't, it might be better to get a different tea set.Basically, if you want more options, choose this location!

Go-to spot for years. Some updates I've seen from other reviews: 1. I think they rotate the desserts. I went recently and there was 2 of everything including fruit. So all really good. The chocolate was my JAM.2. Menu was given to us right away. Didn't have to wait for one. 3. There's an online booking option on the Google browser using the new Google Assistant feature. It worked for me! I called to confirm just in case, so that's an option.4. I love the cookies. It's because of this place I buy them at Costco now. 5. The ambiance is really nice. Some of the things you can purchase is a bit overpriced IMO.Overall it's a cute place, i wish there were more places like this, and that tea houses were also more like this one instead of all these new 'modern' ones that look like they're 80% furnished by ikea. I like the frills. I like the flower (fresh ones!). I like the portions - you fill up on tea and eat slow. It's to be savored.

I think is the cutest tea place I have ever been to. They have very cute tea cups and setting. We made reservations and we got seated on time. Service was great. The waitresses/servers were so kind and attentive. My favorite sandwich would be the pesto one. We had 5 types of tea and I liked the peach a lot. The scones were delicious and warm. Put butter and jam on the scones! This place is quiet with soft music. You can purchase tea cups, cards and cute little gifts.
