Be mindful that the actual charges are different than what’s shown on the menu (e.g extra noodle is $3 on the menu, but they charged $3.75). Didn’t realize until I check the text receipt later. I’m not even sure how it applies to other dishes I ordered but this feels like a scam and I’ll not come back.

Honestly, I love the food! Lemongrass beef was my favorite and my go to. I’ve had it several times here. Savory and perfect spiciness for my tastes.
However, I don’t support businesses who openly allow dogs inside their restaurants. After a long day, I want to be able to eat in peace without having my allergies flaring up while I’m eating.

Excellent (American) Vietnamese pho, wide variety of meats, noodles and rolls, and coffees. Excellent quality, served hot or cold for just $$ . Capacious interior, for groups or individuals, without crowding even when busiest.
Friendly, attentive and quick service.

Very fast service and food comes out super quick. The pho is always good and consistent here. You pay at the register and let the cashier know your table number.
Came here recently on a Friday around 12:30pm and there was plenty of open tables and lots of empty parking spots. I think it's busier on the weekends.

Average Pho as for taste and cold meat just mixed and taste like freezer.
Ambience just a normal restaurant.
What caught me off guard was the waitress behaviour. She literally put the menu in front of me and started to asking what is my order. Then she left and walked back 3 times in a span of 60 seconds to ask for my order. And I wish at least the tone was friendly.
And at the end, I got attitude from the same waitress for asking for a receipt.

My partner and I love pho and have been trying all the local spots. This was by far the worst, we only ate a few bites. The broth had no flavor, and the meat was very bad quality. There are much better places in town for the same price, so skip this one. Usually, bad service means the food might be really good, but here it just means you should leave.

Getting expensive but consistent. Staff is quick. Food quality is there. Pricing a bit high...
New ownership...
Still a great pho though!
Got bad diarrhea after eating here.
Food was very average. I have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants, I searched Google Maps for new place to eat, and this place was top rated, but the food was not up to expectations.
We ordered 2 Pho .One pho bowls is sure on the pricey side, costing $22. so it made me have high expectations. However, the food coming out was average. Quite small portion for that price and the taste was average.
The restaurant was bug, but their seatings were cramped. When I came to the table they pointed, a party of 20 were sitting in the next one so noisy and restroom 🤮🤮🤢🤢
It was good but not great. I have had better pho but I’ve definitely had worse pho. The prices are quite steep ($19-$20 for a large bowl). They are quite generous with noodle and meat portions though. Service is very quick! You pay at the register. I still think you would get more bang for your buck at a local pho place in SJ/Little Saigon and a better meal too.
Pho Vi Hoa feels like one of those rare spots that instantly makes you feel at home. The pho is deeply flavorful—the kind of broth that tastes like it’s been simmering for hours, packed with richness and soul. I usually go for the brisket and tendon combo, and it never disappoints. The spring rolls are fresh, the dipping sauce is perfect, and everything is served with a smile. It’s casual, comfortable, and consistently delicious. Whether I’m dining in or grabbing takeout, it’s one of my go-to places when I’m craving something warm, satisfying, and made with care.
