If I could give this place zero stars I would. I feel so disrespected and in dismay. It started when I was ordering my food, the waiter was politely being rude. I had wanted to start with an appetizer, nothing crazy just some vegetarian egg rolls. The waiter ( older lady, short, copper hair) proceeds to say, "not pork" , "not chicken", "not shrimp, and "not spring rolls". When I politely answered each time and said "no the veggie deep fried egg rolls please."Second as we are eating our food. I realized its been a while, main entree is out and we still yet to receive the egg rolls. I politely go and ask the same older waiter if my egg rolls were forgotten. She answered politely rudely ( trying to be funny), " you have to wait little more time and continues to say that. Puts her hands out like you would do a kid and does a gesture ( I will post to better understand), laughs as I just walk away. Then here comes the worst part. As my husband and I are eating our food, same waiter and two other employees are constantly looking at us and laughing. My husband looked over a couple times, and so did I.As some eggrolls come out, older waiter again yells out, " give the egg rolls to table #44 (our table) since they couldn't wait for table #41 to get theirs first. She said it so loud that other guest could hear." That so uncalled for.As I am eating my soup I hear all there employees laughing when the eggrolls were delivered. And the older waiter keeps saying something and they keep laughing even more. I look over and they laugh even more after that .At the point mid eating , I walk up and let her know she should be ashamed of herself for laughing at us with everyone else. Not only that, but I never was once rude to here. I gave back the eggrolls that we never touched & said you can also give these to whoever was first. She laughs again at me and says" don't worry, i'll give them for free."That is not what we wanted. We go ahead leave our unfinished food and pay. We even paid !!!!She keeps laughing and saying " sorry honey." Shame on her, shame on the other employees laughing at us and shame on this business. I have never experienced so much humility when all I wanted was to enjoy comfort food with my husband.

I usually don’t write food reviews, but this restaurant is awesome and become my go-to dog place. I have ordered pickup order three times! My fav combination would be brisket, tripe, and steak, but they don’t have this pho combination in the online portal, so I left a note says if they can add tripe as an add on option, then when I picked it up, I found that they have put tripe in my order!!’ Surprise!!! Definitely 100 score on the customer service!!!!!

This a my soul food place. Don’t be fooled by the humble exterior of the building. I have been going here for the last >10years, at least once a month during summer time and every week during winter time for a warm bowl of Pho. Restaurant owner changed around covid time but the food still tastes good and continues to be hearty. Strongly suggest to try it out.

I’ve been eating pho here since 2009. I always order P1 small or the Vermicelli bowl with chicken and egg roll. Their shrimp and pork spring rolls are also good and I add the sriracha to the peanut sauce. My mom loves their veggie pho too. Their portions are smaller than other pho places for the same price, but the broth is AMAZING and it has tasted the same all these years. Ordering out is reliably good too. Pre-covid, this place always had a line especially in winter. It was also busy in summer. Post-covid, they updated the lighting so it’s easier to see inside.

Ordered fried rice with chickenAnd I got my unsalted boiled rice mixed with boiled chicken and some eggsNothing else in there like a corn, carrot and green pea and nothing there is friedEven that one soy sauce and hot sauce didn’t helpAnd that could be not so bad, but 20$ it’s too much for that

Food was very average. I have eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants, and this place didn’t stand out at all. I searched Google Maps for new place to eat, and this place was top rated, but the food was not up to expectations. We ordered 2 Pho and 1 fresh rolls. One pho bowls is sure on the pricey side, costing $18+, so it made me have high expectations. However, the food coming out was pretty average. Quite small portion for that price and the taste was average. The restaurant was bug, but their seatings were cramped. When I came to the table they pointed, a party of 10 were sitting in the next one. It’s totally fine, but the problem was I could only pull the seat halfway because it already bumped into the one behind. The other customer was a guy and he was not slim. He didn’t mean to take all the place, but it went a little more than half. I had to squeeze in the seat, but whenever I sit up straight, my head would bump into the guy behind. Both of us were uncomfortable.Vegetarian options: They have veggie optionsParking: Free parking lots in the shopping plazaKid-friendliness: Kid’s high chairs and plastic utensilsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair roadside

Our go to spot for Pho and noodle dishes since they opened years ago. New owners took over recently and have kept the quality unchanged plus added a boba tea and smoothie additions to the menu. Will remain our go to spot. Always really good.

Good authentic Vietnamese food but very pricey. Price point a bit too steep for me.
