Customer service was awful, took 10 mins for someone to take our order (no one else was in the store), and they were out of water (?!) so I had to buy a bottle. Mid pizza and worst salad I’ve ever eaten, really expensive too. The chicken on the salad was inedible, and so were the olives. I got the greek salad with chicken and a mini cheese pizza to share. Would not go back!! Go to Pompeii across the street instead.

$25 for a XL pizza?! It should be less than that. People told me that there was a discount for it but there wasn’t. Extremely rude clerk.

Great pizza! This store is a great place. Usually, I am not too picky with pizza, but I do recognize a good one. The crust here is thick and fluffy, with a crisp. They have numerous toppings, with unique flavors and combinations. I went with my family and we each ordered our own personal pizza that came with a salad and a soda, and it was so affordable. The service was also good, the worker was very friendly, it was overall a great experience!

Tasty and affordable pizza in the heart of downtown Los Altos! Bonus: ice cream on site! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pizza is of great quality and definitely doesn't lack in toppings as some places do! They have personal pizza options and shareable sizes. The venue itself has indoor and outdoor seating. Pizzas come out quick--definitely recommended if you're ever in downtown Los Altos with a pizza hankering!

Almost afraid to write this because I don’t want the big buff owner to retaliate against the chef and think this was coming from him, but I saw the big owner or front line worker being very rude and snapping at the older cook in the back. Just overall bad vibes and weird atmosphere. Pizza tasted like cafeteria style pizza from an elementary school.I’ve tasted frozen pizza with more flavor and better texture. I cannot believe this place exists in prime real estate in downtown Los Altos. What a weird world. How can this place stay open?

Good pizza but got my order wrong twice in a row and refused to acknowledge it when we told them. Once I get, but twice… It’s not complicated to do half on one side and half on the other.

Wow. The pizza was amazing, absolutely would recommend others to come try this place out. One of the most delicious pizzas I've had in super long, everything down to the crust was just outstanding. Not only was the food great, the staff were also very polite and cared about the customers.
