Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks was at this location. The young man that took our order yesterday should not be working a customer facing role. He was rude and looking at the barista like we were taking up his time when it was not busy. They won’t ask or call your name so you are left wondering which drink is yours. To end the visit our hot drinks we ordered were warm at best. After reading some other reviews it seems as though this is the norm at this location. I would avoid it and go to another Starbucks.

The heavier weight Latino lady with black hair is very rude, impolite, and aggressive. This store one of the worst customer service of all Starbucks stores I've been to. Straight up in your face disrespectful.

Very friendly and helpful batista. Brought my own cup for Nitro cold brew and a egg pesto mozzarella sandwich in the late morning. It could last til dinner time.

This Starbucks is very convenient. Plenty of parking and seating. Despite being very busy mornings and afternoons, service is quick.
