Better than tofu house: broader variety of menu, better quality food, higher end establishment, similar prices, really friendly staff, never a wait

This restaurant has great authentic Korean food. The service is also good. The reason I gave them 3 stars is because they don’t keep the restaurant open during posted hours. It’s listed they are open till 9pm. Twice I’ve been there at 8:15pm and they tell me they are closed because there were no customers. This is a very wishy washy way of running a business. When a business post open hours they should stay open regardless if there are customers or not.

Food was delicious, nice portions. Not particularly cozy, but comfortable.

Third time here and it's not a bad place. I just expect a little more given the price point.

Food was ok, and the portions are small for the price too. Ordered a toekbokki to-go for $20 (not including tax and tip) and it’s more of an appetizer so not filling for one person.

Food was good. We had Bibimbap which was big. Tofu soup was small. Pancake was large. Service was good. It was more on the pricy side. 2 people 3 dishes after tax and tips almost $90..

Spicy pork bulgogi is the best item on the menu. Max spice level is also not spicy enough but overall good food and service

Nice clean airy place. I went probably 15 years ago or more and liked it. Tried it again and it's still good. I would have like a refill on the banchan which some places do automatically, but didn't happen here...but we didn't ask. Service was good and food came out fast. Beef dish prices are high same as everywhere, but you can find dishes from $21 and up.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian section on menu as well as random dishes in the menu

Parking: Parking can fill up fast. Not a small lot but for sure not a big lot. Lots of restaurants so plan ahead if you go on weekends

Their specialty is undoubtedly the Korean stews (jjigae) served simmering in traditional bubbling pots.My personal favorite is the beef short rib soup. The melt-in-your-mouth tender beef and flavorful broth are a true delight. Paired with the variety of complimentary banchan (side dishes), it creates a complete and delightful lunch experience.

This is the most cost-effective Korean meal I have ever had in California.The price won't be very expensive,The meals were great,I ordered the beef rib noodle soup,The soup is quite rich and delicious.The texture of the noodles is quite Q.There are many styles of side dishes provided for free.And it can be renewed for free.It’s really a great Korean restaurant!
