The food was ok, but the dining room was absolutely filthy. Trash cans overflowing, trash and crumbs all over the tables and the staff didn't bother to clean it the entire time we sat there. Floors were black with dirt. The self serve salsa station was a mess. Spills and food all over. Restaurant was not busy at all, but the staff just didn't seem bothered by the mess. Honestly it was a bit shocking. Never seen such a dirty restaurant, let alone in downtown Los Altos! This could be a fab taco spot (food was decent) but the filth gave me the ick.

Food is fresh and fairly tasty. Portion sizes are definitely on the smaller side. They should improve on portion size by about 20%+

Great value for money tacos right on main street Los Altos! The meat was generous. The salsa/sauce bar was fresh. So many different cuts of meat to choose from. We ate indoors but saw that many took their order to eat out on the street using tables in front of other shops. 3 tacos were a perfect lunch for me. And their watermelon agua fresca hit the spot. (not too sweet)

There are tons of options when it comes to the choice of meat. Although they always run out of Al Pastor, lengua, and brisket. I guess that's how they keep me coming.
Big chips and salsa bar, a little messy, but it's great. For 2.75 a taco when you get 8, can't beat that!
Awesome for takeout. The only complaint is that I wish they would open late.

The mini tacos and super burrito with carne asada are AMAZING! The food is great, but the restaurant is small and busy so expect to wait a bit for your food. Remember that good things come to those who wait. If you need to hurry back to work, you might need to eat fast!

Honestly these were the worst tacos and nachos I have had since I had Mexican food in North Dakota . Food lacks taste very BLAND! Fish tacos were mushy no flavor. We also had chicken nachos... chips tasted like cardboard and the chicken was boiled... ZERO taste!!. There are much better tacos in the area just a short drive away. This place is HIGHLY overrated... not real Mexican food! Very disappointing.

I believe they started as food truck and now have a shop in downtown Los Altos. It is a small shop with a few tables inside and also have a couple tables outside. Nothing fancy but the tacos are really good. The meats are prepared to perfection and the tortillas I assumed are pan fried and have this slight crispy texture. Very good tacos. Free chips and salsas are a plus.
