I put in a work order for 13 drinks and it took them 45 minutes to make. They kept making new orders and would pause on my order whenever someone else came in to order 1-2 drinks. I barely made it back to work in time before my coworkers started leaving. The person at the register was so rude to me when I asked when my order was going to finish, saying that I have 13 drinks and it would take longer to make, but I saw people walking out with their drinks that came 10 minutes after I had put in my order. To make matters more inefficient, there were 2 people staffed but one of them was just walking around back and forth from the front to the back, and I'm not sure what he was doing (maybe taking inventory?) but he wasn't helping make the 20 backlogged drink orders in the front. They seemed indifferent to how long people were waiting. I don't know about the quality of the tea, but I won't go there again for the rude service and super long wait time.

I came here to take the order around 9:55 pm but the staff said that she had to close but the store is closed at 11:00 pm. I checked on the app that I could order online but it’s still working because I saw people came and get the drinks. This is a bit disappointing.

Fresh and inventive boba teas. They seem to be at least moderately busy (sometimes very busy) most of the time, so you may want to order online on your way there. There's no indoor seating, but there are a couple of tables out front. Popular with students from the nearby Middle and High schools.

The boba tea tastes fine, but AC is pretty weak. The service depends on the mood of guys in the store. For example, today I ordered less ice, but I got more than 50% cup's ice...

Ordered the Silky mango boba and absolutely loved it. U can customise your drink however you want. I ordered it with honey boba which was properly prepared. Absolutely recommend this place.

Waited for 20 minutes and the women at the front would not take my order. My mother ordered through the iPad and my drink unfortunately could not be ordered on the iPad due to customizations so I waited to order with the cashier at the front. I waited for over 20 minutes while multiple other orders came in and she took them without helping me. I asked her politely three times if I could please order to which she asked me to please wait a moment. At a certain point my mom stepped in because the worker at the front was being outwardly rude to me and she informed me that she could now take my order but it would be a while until my drink was ready. I was not about to wait 40 minutes for a mediocre drink that would probably have spit in it because the cashier up front was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. Don't come here. I know service has been bad post Covid but these guys are something else.
