My only complaint was being charged for toasted bread. Seems inappropriate due to our order etc. otherwise, perfect service by our waiter and the food was great.

I took my team out for a lunch. It was great comfort food with excellent service, all at a very reasonable price. Will go there again.

Deceptive 3% fee added to your bill. I'm tired of restaurants tacking on fees. Simply adjust menu prices to reflect your costs so that prices are up front with your customers.
If the fee was removed, I would increase my score as the food is decent (although pricey), atmosphere is good with a nice patio area, and first Fridays have a good band playing outside.

The Post had the best breakfast burrito I have ever eaten! A perfect melding of ingredients and flavors. My friend had the power bowl salad and loved it. Service was friendly and attentive. We'll be back!

The food was good and the service was excellent. Dealing with an Open Table reservation here this time (we have been before with no issues) was the annoying part. The restaurant marked us as a no-show and then didn't correct it when I replied to Open Table to confirm that we actually did show up for our reservation. I wound up having to send Open Table a copy of my receipt from dinner to get our no-show removed.

This is our favorite local bar and restaurant and we love the owner's commitment to the community and her staff! This week's visit with 2 other couples was great! Disappointed that the bar didn't have a Sauv Blanc for Happy Hour. Service is always friendly and prompt.

First, I must say that I am shocked that the review score is not far higher. My dining expectations are high.....anyone who knows me, know that. Whilst I go in with a positive attitude every time, if a restaurant misses the mark, it's obvious.

We have been to The Post MANY times. Many. That tells you a lot....we have various options downtown yet we go back over and over....year after year. A benefit...we can all find something/s on the menu we all enjoy. We each have our favs, of course. Mine are: ahi poke bowl (it sounds so good right this minute), the buffalo cauliflower
(a mandatory must-get for the table), lemon shrimp risotto & santa fe salad. The Post burger is my children's favorite, they get it each time as to not risk it (you know how that is)! Consistent service and it has a fun vibe. Also,
I like the band/s they have playing on First Friday of each month....they play songs I like and ones that people know & can sing along (only in my head :). The outdoor seating is a must do on nice days.

I've reviewed this restaurant on my Yelp and here. The Post is amazing. I'm here at least four times a month. This is an amazing spot for work and family friendly times. I highly recommend it. Good job, Vicky!!

We've been here several times and never had an experience like this. Our server was really nice and good! This review is mainly for the food. The waffles were really good, I believe that it was called the Veggie Scramble. It was supposed to include asparagus and no bell peppers. When are server brought the food, the scramble didn't have any asparagus, and the chef put in bell peppers. We showed our server, and he agreed that it was wrong and he was told that they didn't have any asparagus. He took it back to show the chef. They remade our order, and when my wife started eating it, she saw asparagus in the dish. How did this happen, since we were told that they didn't have any. We showed our server, and he didn't know what to say. Shortly after we left, my wife started feeling sick. It must have been something in the food.
We won't be coming back as there's other better choices to pick in Los Altos.
