Super cute, classic brunch. Avocado toast was REALLY good. They have some Japanese items on the menu too (Wednesday & Friday).

Has been in our lives forever. I've just discovered that now they offer grilled veggies as a side to omelets. Super!

We enjoy the interesting twist to the traditional brunch items. The food is simple, tasty, good portion; the servers are courteous and friendly; and the place is clean and bright. It’s our new go to for brunch and lunch.

Good place for coffee and quick chat.. fresh coffee and quick service. Always there is some tables free. Few regulars and always there. A bit noisy if you sit outside as it is at cross roads. Much better inside..

The place needs improvement. They are severely understaffed. Had to wave to get my coffee refills. Honolulu lox and hash browns are tasteless I had to eat ketchup
Tom’s is a classic gem that’s been serving the Los Altos community for over 40 years. It’s an old-school diner with real charm—where the food hits the spot and the staff still knows your name. Warm, welcoming, and deliciously familiar every time.

Had bad service the first time but decided to give it another shot. After checking in with the unwelcoming waitress we then were ignored for 20 mins so ended up leaving.
I’d give a 5 stars because it has that amusing ‘eat and flee’ atmosphere with the ‘take time’. Maybe I don’t write good reviews of places but I’d say this is a good place.
Food terrible, service just as bad, ordered eggs bacon and toast x 2 - nothing fancy. Took over an hour to get food and when check never came after three request I went to the counter to pay. Bill was 39.50. Gave very nice Asian lady (owner?) $40 and left because we were already late for a meeting. I want to say we got the non-local treatment?!? Don’t know, kinda don’t care, don’t go there unless you know the people. That seemed to get you your food on time.
My spot for eggs Benedict. Fluffy eggs. Pancakes are awesome as well. Corner spot in los Altos. I like to take my dog and sit outside and people watch.
Just got done with a hike and this was definitely a refresher and fixed my appetite
